“I would have given full 5 stars but i paid extra for a room with a balcony and was given a wheelchair access room on the first floor with view of the parking lot, no balcony...was pretty disappointing but we made the most of it anyway!”

“The breakfast was cooked to order and it was amazing. We had a mishap and our server fixed it immediately. The rooms were clean and our housekeeper was very nice not giving a hassle for needing extra towels and rags. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, it was clean and they even had pool towels that could be used. ”

“L’hotel è molto bello e si trova in una bella posizione dell’isola. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è buona. Il grosso problema di questo hotel è che se si resta più di un giorno nei giorni successivi, bisogna richiedere di pulire le stanze e non vengono mai pulite Come si deve. Vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani, svuotati i cestini e a volte tirati i letti. Non è accettabile che per soggiorni più lunghi si debba rimanere con lo sporco e la polvere...
