“Sadly, our stay at the King Bed/Pool apartment was short-lived. Upon entering, there was an overpowering perfumey smell. I immediately started looking for the "plug-ins" so they could be removed and I could air out the space. Unfortunately, no plug-ins or fragrance diffusers were found. After speaking with the host, their only thought was maybe something the cleaning person used/did. Even after opening the window and door, I couldn't stay because of the fragrance. “Overall, the pictures of the property matched the posting. The property owner provided an incorrect lockbox code to access the home and it was in a dark area where you have to walk on grass to access and the mosquitoes were horrendous. The local deli is not open on Saturdays nearby and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking downtown from the property at night. Lastly, the bathroom sink was clogged, badly.”

“Pros- great location! Easy walk to the beach. Apartment is as described on the listing. Very clean. Cons- the rental does have a Keurig as listed but you need to bring your own pods. The master bedroom has a sliding door that is only covered with a light beige pull down blind that is see through. Doesn’t ever actually get very dark and people can see in.”

“The unit itself was nice, very well kept and photos met our expectations except for 1 important detail. We had NO idea this property had been divided into 3 units with one of the units upstairs. The floors and walls are very thin. The unit next to us had a dog that barked for 2 straight hours while they were out for the evening.
