“The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.”

“I’ve used Red Roof before and this time was a little different. I was assigned to a room that smelled awful! I went back to the front desk and told them I couldn’t stay in that room because of the smell. So, he asked if I had pets with me and I said no. I was transferred to a nicer room that was pleasant. Remember it isn’t the Taj Mahal🤗But nice for the price and with no frills. It is a safe place to stay👍”

“Does NOT have a pool, does NOT provide breakfast. See photo of the sign posted as well; but the pool is permanently closed. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. “I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven”

“The property definitely gives what you pay for. The rooms can definitely use an update feel. There are minor/simple things that can make the room better looking. Updating the paint on walls maybe some accent decor, discard the bedding if it has spot on them. The overall stay wasn’t bad the pictures advertised should reflect the room my personal opinion.”

“The location was great. The staff was amazing. The restaurant and breakfast food was great. However, The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing...
