Everything you need and so much better than a hotel room. The studio is so charming and well appointed. It’s a large comfortable space so you definitely don’t feel cramped. Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. The bed was comfy, kitchenette has all the necessities, including coffee, tea, bottled water and even a variety of small treats for us as well as our dogs. The mini split unit did a great job of keeping us warm and there was plenty of hot water for showers. It’s located close to a Dollar General so you can make a snack run, a couple of gas stations and several fast food restaurants. It’s also a short drive to Downtown Kingsport from the property. We stayed for 6 days and we would definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10!
