The host was very welcoming, and very accommodating. There were hiccups that were quickly straightened out. For higher rating would recommend clearer, more detailed instructions for the amenities. Specifically the dishwasher, shower, and the ceiling fans/lights.

Great Quiet Apartment

This is a quiet basement two-bedroom apartment with a living area and a kitchenette. It is in a small peaceful neighborhood about five miles from Kingsport. It is very clean, organized, and has plenty of room. The furniture is very nice - and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Would definitely stay here again

My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend to go to a weekend music festival at Bristol Motor Speedway. The rental was perfect for our weekend getaway, it had everything we needed. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner even had the property ready for early check in even though we didn’t get to arrive early to take advantage of that due to leaving our home later in the day and driving straight to the concert. I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for allowing us to stay 😊

Easily Accessible

We had a great stay at this property. The place was clean and easily accessible, and it wasn't too far from the race track, which was perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The only minor drawback was the occasional barking from dogs, but it’s definitely a pet-friendly place. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would consider staying here again!

Quaint and Cozy

What a great place to stay while attending MATE ROV World Championship in Kingsport. Accommodations were clean, well appointed and cozy. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown which is just a short 15 min drive away.

Excellent Place!!

This property fits our needs perfectly! It has two bedrooms and one bath, a kitchenette, and a huge living area. It is a basement apartment and is in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to our questions. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here whenever we can!

Family getaway

This little apartment was an inexpensive place for my mom, sister and I to stay together while they were in town. It was small, but that's what we wanted. It is the definition of "small but mighty" because the owners thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked, better than my own kitchen, truthfully.They thoughtfully provided plenty of towels and soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of seating and comfy recliners. The only drawback for me is that it was a little out of the way, sort of halfway between Kingsport and Bristol. That's not the hosts fault, it's mine for not paying attention when I booked it. But it was an absolutely beautiful drive, a quiet and lovely subdivision, and we saw so many deer! It was early October but the leaves were already starting to turn, which was very exciting for my family from Florida to see.

Wonderful

Property was clean and had all the amenities to enjoy a vacation comfortably. Best part was the communication, I had a small hitch with entering the Property but, one call and it was resolved in 5 minutes! Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Great spot close to the dive quarry

Was a great spot and perfect for what we needed. Very clean and well appointed. Probably the most comfortable living room furniture that we’ve had at a VRBO. The only thing that we would have liked is to have little labels saying what each light switch turned in which light. It’s a very minor gripe and not worth giving less than five stars. Owner was responsive to any questions. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Excellent

This was our first time ditching the hotel and renting a property for a few days. We had such a great experience at this rental that we will no longer stay at hotels for our trips again. Everything listed was there and the entire place was very clean. The property is also in a great area. All of us had a great time and we are so glad this property was our first experience.

Very Welcoming

The property is just as it is represented in the pictures. The property is clean and is very welcoming. It is easily accessible for those who can't get around well. The property owner quickly addressed any problems or questions we had during our stay. If you are in need of a place to stay while visiting the Tri-Cities area, this is a great place.

Beautiful Home

If your looking for a place that has everything you want then look no further! We were late checking in and Greg had the lights on and with a quick greet he could see we were weary travelers! We loved our stay and everything was perfect for us not to far out and plenty of parking we were able to have family over and visit places we had not seen for years! Our first night Greg did check on us and was kind enough to bring us a salt shaker that we had forgot to buy, other than that we were left to ourselves! We hope to stay again in the future!
