Lake Texoma è il posto perfetto per uscire da Dallas. Situato a circa 70 miglia a nord di Frisco, ma a chilometri di distanza dal trambusto della grande città. Questa tranquilla proprietà si trova proprio accanto al terreno del Core of Engineers, che vi porterà a pochi passi dal lago.

Goditi la musica sotto il portico stando seduto accanto a un bellissimo camino esterno con legno fornito. Entra subito nella sala giochi e rilassati. Godetevi una vista ininterrotta del lago attraverso gli alberi dal portico, la proprietà si trova vicino al terreno principale. Porta i giochi in giardino fino alla riva per una competizione amichevole. 5 camere da letto e un soppalco sopra il garage offrono 13 posti letto, spazio sufficiente per diverse famiglie.

La proprietà è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla rampa della barca. C'è anche una pesca / bacino di carico. Mentre le barche non possono essere ancorate in questa posizione, Buncombe Creek Marina offre scivoli giornalieri a circa 15 minuti. La proprietà confina con il lago, a poche centinaia di metri dalla porta d'ingresso all'acqua.

Amazing space and location

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space (there were 13 of us) for our family. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach area and spend the day there while boating. The kitchen area is great, with lots of extras. The pantry/coffee area is an added bonus. The six bedrooms with a “kids’ area” was perfect for our needs. The game room was a lot of fun for all of us.

Great family vacation

We haven’t had our family all together in 2 yrs. It was great getting all of us together. The location was perfect. The house was big enough for our family of 10. We had an amazing week and look forward to another fishing trip. Will definitely book this property again.

Family Time

The location was great, close to lake, it was quiet and some what private. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and activity room. They loved to fish and swim. He was really good for family.

Nice quiet area with tree lined trail to beach

This was a spacious property with plenty of room for our party of 13. We stayed in late April, the weather was cool and the fire pit on the patio was put to good use. Cornhole on the long porch, S'mores and hanging out by the firepit was a favorite evening pastime after fishing on the lake. We enjoyed the kitchen and all the cooking utensils and pans because we prepared our own meals while there. Overall great property. Thank you!

Great for kids and families!

This is a wonderful place for families with kids. Honestly, we wouldn't have had to do any activities away from the house because our kids had so much fun in the game room playing ping pong and foosball, on the patio playing cornhole, and down at the lake playing in the sand and water. The trail to the lake is awesome right out the back door and the neighborhood was quiet and secluded. Not a bad drive to hike at Cross Timbers trail just across the state line or to meet our guide at Alberta Creek Marina for some awesome fishing! The house has great space and easily accommodated all 13 of us. It was super clean and we really appreciated the fact that there was an adequate supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, etc. for the length of our stay. The oven is large and there are two refrigerators, so it was easy to cook and store food for our large group. It is also awesome to have washer/dryer on premises when traveling with kids. We would highly recommend this place!

Solid retreat on the lake. Fantastic Hosts.

To start off, our trip was originally intended to be for New Years 2022 but due to Covid, we had to cancel. The host was more than accommodating and allowed us to push the booking an entire year back for New Years 2023. That truly deserves praise. The property is tucked away in a small neighborhood bordering Lake Texoma. It's almost out in the middle of nowhere, but still close enough to stores and restaurants to where you aren't completely alone. The property itself backs up to the lake with a small path to the shoreline. There's a lot of land surrounding the house for activities and games. Inside, there's a ton of room to accommodate 12+ people and the layout with 5 main bedrooms (plus a room of single beds) is fantastic for large groups/multiple families. The internet was stable, which is great considering the location. Direct TV in every room was awesome. The location, layout, setup, and hosts make this a 4 star property. The only thing really preventing this from being a 5 star property was the condition of the small things. The fire pit was rusted through, the ping pong paddles were unplayable, the badmiton racquet was broken, the outdoor speakers and tv didn't work, etc. Those small items made the experience itself okay rather than great. All of those things seem easily fixable and I hope they do fix it because it's a great property and those things would make the overall experience fantastic.

Annual Birthday Gather

Overall this home had a little of everything for everyone to enjoy. This home is very spacious with plenty of restrooms. We traveled with a large family group and we all had space (even the pups). The water was a little low to launch our boat on the nearby ramp but the kids loved the trail to the water. My only suggestion would be for this home to have a much larger place to burn wood for smores (a firepit to gather around) :) We plan on returning and thank the host for the great communication!

Short walk to an awesome beach

Seriously fabulous spot. Lots of activities at and near the house. Boat ramp is a 2 minute drive. The beach is a 2 minute walk. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect place for all ages!

5 bedrooms downstairs to accommodate the adults and then an upstairs room for 2 handfuls of kiddos. Lake access with a nice sandy beach was perfect for our families. We will certainly be back again. Bring your pooch as the fenced in back yard is huge!

Beautiful home

Our family had a great time staying here and access to the lake is down a short path by the home. House was fully furnished and owners were very thoughtful in keeping plenty of activities and amenities stocked for us. We'd definitely return again.

The property owner was very attentive to our needs. The house could use some maintenance but the set up and location are awesome. The thing that concerned us was the mold in the bathroom off the dining room. Definitely would stay there again though! Great price for the amount of room!
