We were not double booked nor did yo uncle booked with us or the experience would have been the same. Casa Victoria is a private villa, and we do not represent all villas being rented; if your uncle booked elsewhere in the same villa complex, we would not have any control.

A less-than-perfect review is a nudge to improve, and we always take the good with the bad. We normally say thanks when we get an imperfect review and try to learn from the experience. However, we do take exception when the guest contacts us the day of arrival asking for a 100% refund on a reservation that has been on the calendar for months, and then post a review like this. This is false and does not nearly reflect what happened. We appreciate the feedback just the same and apologize for any financial loss due to his inability to come and use his reservation. The guest said he was in an accident on the way to the airport on the day of arrival. If that was true, we wish him a speedy recovery.

Thank you for the review Ariel, Yes Ariel for get how to open the entry gate to the cluster. The first gate is operated to the guards and the second gate is operated by code or remote. Ariel went out and forget the code and remote. The guards also ride around on patrol. The is as safe a community there is in urban Jamaica. If you want to stay at a villa where your kinds can freely go outside a play, this is the one.

That's true, Kingston is now 45 minutes away from Ocho Rios via the new highway. Remember to check out all the other Casa, Casa Princess and Playa in Ocho Rios as well. Thanks for the review.

We are so sorry about this experience. We are not a cheap overnight lodging. We are a reasonable priced full villa and we aim to give our guest a wonderful home away from home experience. With a all purchases there are taxes etc. I am sorry you expected the property to be a flat $88.00 but $88.00 for a fully loaded 2 bedroom villa is super cheap and that is not what we aim to be. We really aim to please our guest and we are definitely prices reasonable. Thank you for the review.

We placed a call to the guest immediately as the review was posted because, this is very uncharacteristic of the reviews we would normally receive. Mr Ranjithkumar, apologies to us profusely because he stayed at three places on the trip and gave us a review meant for the second accommodation while we were the third and final stop on his trip. I stayed on the phone with him while he called customer service to try to fix this but there is no way for him to fix it. Our trained detailer detail the unit they are assigned to clean which is inspected by the operations manager with a checklist before signing the detailer payment sheet. The client service manager arrive at the property 30 minutes prior to all check-in and walk through with a checklist. This is how we have managed to maintain the highest standards for over 8 years.

We have adopted a policy of leaving replacement batteries in the apartments accessible to our guest. Yes we are nestled just outside city center with quick and easy access to the city and the only local beach in the corporate area (Hellshire) also a quick 45 minute drive to Ocho Rios on the new toll road. I would say we are the most conveniently located villa.
