“I went there 2 time and I guess since Hurricane they had everything changed not for the good ..the food was not all that and the room was not all that ..my room the tv was not working we called no answer then .my friend didnt get her room until 6pm ..I order a 2 bed and got one bed they give one room then when we went to room someone was already there fro. A 5 start hotel to me it went down 2 starr ..never again”

“When I arrived the system was down therefore the room keys did not work and the staff had to let the visitors in and out of the rooms.
I was given a room that was dirty.
My phone broke the same day of arrival and I was unable to make reservations for the restaurants on the resort in which was very upsetting because I wanted to do something special for My Son’s Birthday! The staff would not make an exception!
MOST of the female staff workers inside of the restaurants were very rude and made me...
