“The beach is so clean , never a lack of activities, food or alcohol or fun That is not what makes this resort stand out. It’s the service . Koby, Gabrielle & Stacey in public relations , Rosario and Tajae at the French pastry / coffee shop, Anthony and Daniel at Gonzola’s, Shawna Marie at the spa , Nikki the life guard , Elvis from Pier 8 and Hussein and Sydney from buccaneers. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging.

It was difficult to make dinner reservations so we were only able to eat at two of the specialty restaurants but the buffet food was good. My only complaint was the snack bar.
