The hostess Alexandria greets you with a smile as warm as the Jamaican noon day sun. Alexandria referred to me by name even though I had not visited in 9 months. She assisted my elderly mother to her seat and recommended a smoothie for her breakfast. Very attentive and kind.”

“I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.”
