“The room was not in the house as shown. It was not gated parking. The bathroom was dirty There was a frog in the toilet. The bed looked unmade and dusty. Decor was not welcoming and homey ”

“After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

“This listing has been changed since I booked it, but it's still inaccurate. It was originally listed as a 2brm 2ba entire home with fully loaded kitchen, linens, etc. It was all a lie! AND as if that wasn't enough, the host tried to make us feel guilty because he messed up the listing & wasn't making much money.
