“Nice place to stay if you are in the area & I would definitely return. It is right on the water with beaches on both sides. It was clean, staff were nice but not too interactive. The room had a deck overlooking the ocean and it was peaceful and serene. Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price!”

“This was a one night stay. We arrived around 9pm andvthe owners knew exactly when we pulled up. It was raining and they kindly drovevus across the road to get some food. We had a beer upstairs before heading to bed. The room is very basic but comfortable bed and quite sufficient. We didnt use the pool.”

Winifred Beach (perhaps one of the best beaches in the island, keep it public) is about a 7 minute drive down a (pretty bad) side road a couple blocks over. “After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....
