“Pretty new hotel in excellent condition. I had a studio with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and king sized bed. Nice sized bathroom, with a walk in shower (with excellent water pressure.) Very quiet room. The area has many shopping centers. My room looked on the back and side of a Target, and I think this added to the quiet at night. Excellent front desk staff. Very good laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. Each $2.50 in quarters, but front desk staff can give you change. Good breakfast...

“Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. “What a nice surprise the Hotel Vienna turned out to be! I highly recommend it if you're visiting the Catskills. It had what we were looking for: an easy to moderate hike, an indoor heated swimming pool, great selection of cable TV channels and clean, clean, clean.”

“Did not like checking in as there was no one anywhere around. I walked around to look for someone & eventually called out & someone appears. It was a bit unsettling traveling by myself to come to an empty, less than welcoming hotel. Minor detail, but like I said it was desolate. I was uncomfortable with the location as well as the hotel is next to a car lot. No restaurants near by or any amenities…had to find my way into Kingston at night to get a cup of coffee.
