Kimberly thank you for the review. We read every review because it gives us a very good prospective on our guest experience. Let me assure readers, we do not charge 150 for cleaning or have we every done so. Kimberly made a partial payment at the time of booking and the 150 was her balance. We showed her the details on her itinerary and encourage her to call (Expedia) the booking agent for additional reassurance that the total price have not changed and she did so before paying her balance. We have a promo for free breakfast if a guest book 5 nights or more and at the time of this review the promo is still active. Kimberly booked 4 nights. If this was reported we would have given the complimentary breakfast as we do for most guest just because they ask. Kimberly still gave us 5/5 which are high marks thought we did not get right this time. We would like to invite Kimberly to come and spend 4 nights on us. We would like to fix what went wrong.

Thanks for the review. We are going to respond in detail be stick to the facts. This Abbey Court is a one bedroom apartment. The maximum amount of guests allowed in a one bedroom is 2. This guest booked a one bedroom apartment for two adults 2 but 72 hours prior to arrival indicated she is also travelling to a 3 and 17 years old. When asked about the arrangement the guest indicated the 3 years old will sleep with the two adults and the 17 years old will use the sofa. This was not something would could allow so we asked this guest politely to upgrade to a two bedroom which she did. We went as far as to give the guest a discount on the upgrade. We are now learn that the guest was not satisfied with the decision. It was unfortunate but 4 guest in an apartment meant for 2 was a little excessive. We will treat this as a learning experience and grow and better serve our future guests. Thank you for the review and we are glad we were able to relocate you to a nice and comfortable apartment suitable for the size of your party.
