Filthy, outdated, broken down hotel. Staff don’t care and don’t respond. Dark, unlit lobby smells. Room is filthy dirty…stained walls, filthy furniture and phone. Stained toilet. Shower liner separating from base…like you’re standing on a sponge. No towels. No coffee in room and lobby coffee maker is broken and filthy. Window not shut or locked on main level, screen broken. Curtains half off the rod. Blood stain and. Bug found on sheets. No fridge in room. Was told there is no food at hotel and ‘go to the gas station down the street’ by the front desk staff. Key card deactivated first night so couldn’t get back in. Phone in room filthy dirty, not labelled (ie. push 1 for lobby), looked like a relic from 1970s and didn’t work - calling desk from your cell is a waste of time, they don’t answer and when you walk to lobby they say they are busy. Witnesses many guests complaining at front desk during stay. The hotel lobby is so dark from the parking lot it looks permanently closed. Smoke detector light flashed during the night repeatedly but no noise from it. Tv didn’t work. Heat and Air did not work - I’ve never seen a thermostat so filthy dirty and worn out from use…didn’t work anyway.
