There's an Eat In kitchen with a table for 4, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker, and also another Dining area off the family room with a large size dining table that can seat another 8 people. This cottage features a Porch that overlooks the Water. Perfect for your cup of coffee in the morning or your glass of wine in the evening. There's one bathroom with a stand-up shower and also a washer and dryer. You'll also find a deck off the dining room with an umbrella table. There is also a gas grill and a private dock for your boat. Enjoy your evenings next to the firepit with some magnificent star gazing. The cottage is well maintained and cleaned/sanitized between each guests. All linens and towels are provided. This cottage sits on a 3 mile Island with many different walking trails and panoramic views of the waterways around the island. It's only accessible by boat, therefore, ideal for guests with boats or guests who would like to Rent a boat in nearby Clayton NY which is a 25 minute boat to the cottage. You can also make arrangements with the marina to be ferried to the island. Guests bringing their boats can launch from Anchor Marina.
