We booked 3 rooms as had our adult children with us and all agreed that this is the best hotel we have stayed in whilst visiting Newcastle. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to town and quayside. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in the North East.”

Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Really big room with a lovely bathroom with twin sinks, a super bath and large seperate shower. Nice toiletries and large bath sheets too. The bed was very big and comfortable. Best of all was the balcony out onto the roof and behind the chinmey stack where it was great to sit in the sun in complete privacy with a cup of tea or a drink.
