“On arrival we were informed to dine within 8:30 p.m. and once sit at the restaurant (at approx 7:35 p.m.) we were informed that nothing on the menu, except for what displayed under "sunday roast", which included about 3 starters and 3 mains, would have been served. If we were told before we would have chosen a different dining location. My daughter and I are allergic to oils and asked for a plain salad with 2 boiled eggs and were told that they couldn't make it as the boiling process takes to...

“Staff were lovely and happy to help. We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room. Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. ”

“Il posto é consigliato per chi vuole socializzare e ballare. Noi invece volevamo dormire tranquilli. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sotto alla nostra camera si teneva una festa di matrimonio, con musica altissima fino a notte fonda. Per fortuna eravamo talmente stanchi da addormentarci di sasso comunque. Camera non pulitissima ( moquette con macchie, un paio di ragnatele con ragni e soprattutto tazze per il the sporche). Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good ”

“Absolutely fantastic stay at the Three Horseshoe Inn! Our little one had an amazing time in the soft play area which made the experience even more special for us as a family. The food was outstanding, delicious and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. “Lovely setting and very friendly staff. Restaurant was quite expensive and one meal was not cooked well. Only one EV charging point that was always in use and we couldn't charge the car.”
