“This is a very local non touristy village. We enjoyed the hospitality (even if we couldn’t communicate)
The owner helped accomadate my sea food allergy. We really liked the hot bath available in the beautiful water. The only thing I would say is that it isn’t close to anything and you have to walk about 22 minutes to the train ”

“An excellent, "easy" introduction to a traditional ryokan, with many accomodations for first timers like us. Family made a side trip from Kyoto for something different than the 3 big cities and this inn gave us a wonderful, different experience with excellent service and great food. The kimono and yukata rental was nice added flair, the room very comfortable (NB. no polarized outlets), and the dinner and breakfast fantastic.
