“Hotel Nikko Awaji is best accessed from Kobe or if you are driving. Getting around is difficult without a vehicle. To see desired sights would have taken complex and time-consuming bus schedules and transfers. Awaji has no rail service. Best to come here if you are just planning to stay and relax.”

“Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay. ”

“We loved everything in this hotel. The structure itself, one of the few traditional that are still around in Arima Onsen, the staff that was unbelievably helpful, the dinner that was delicious and well presented, and the two baths, that thanks to the fact that there are just few guests in the hotel we enjoyed whenever we wanted and almost never waited for!

“Family-friendly, clean, quiet area with a traditional style accomodation. We had 5 people and loved our stay. 3 full bedrooms. 2/3 are downstairs and one bedroom is up steep stairs so be aware of that. Check in and out quick and easy. Has a full kitchen and plenty of seating throughout.The entryways are low, so just be careful of you are 5'9 (175 cm) or taller, youll have to duck a lot or hit your head.The area is great, just make sure to have access to cash, besides thw convinence stores...
