Situato in una tranquilla strada residenziale, questo Townhouse è una bella ristrutturazione moderna di una Townhouse tradizionale. Lo spazio abitativo "a pianta spezzata" al piano terra è lo spazio ideale per famiglie e amici per riunirsi e divertirsi. Ogni camera da letto in questa casa a schiera con quattro camere da letto e due bagni e mezzo è splendidamente decorata, combinando eleganti comfort moderni con intramontabile eleganza georgiana. La camera da letto principale / camera familiare al piano superiore si apre su un balcone privato dove il sole può essere goduto in un pomeriggio d'estate. Ci sono anche viste del porto di Kinsale ad est.

Con pareti bianche e pavimenti dai colori tenui, ogni camera ha il suo stile distinto. Nessun dettaglio è stato trascurato per rendere questo un rifugio rilassante, e ancora più importante, una casa di lusso. Perfettamente situato a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di Kinsale, gli ospiti di questa residenza hanno accesso a tutto ciò che Kinsale ha da offrire da negozi, eventi locali, ristoranti e vita notturna.

La residenza ha anche la comodità di un parcheggio per la parte anteriore della proprietà.

Livello del terreno:
4 gradini in pietra originali conducono all'ingresso dove si può passare dalla vivace città al calore e alla tranquillità di casa. La caratteristica principale di questo piano è il layout 'piano rotto', ampio soggiorno e camino, cucina completamente rinnovata completa con tavolo da pranzo che è immerso nella luce del sole attraverso un lucernario espansiva. Un piccolo cortile chiuso completa questo livello.

Primo piano:
Nella parte anteriore della casa troverete una camera da letto di dimensioni generose con ampia finestra e spazio guardaroba, e una camera più piccola che è immersa nella luce del sole per gran parte della giornata. Nella parte posteriore è un'altra camera da letto e lo spazioso bagno di famiglia con cabina doccia e belle piastrelle marocchine del modello di cemento encausto.

Piano più alto:
L'intero piano superiore è dato alla camera da letto principale della suite. Carta da parati damascata, tende e bei mobili aggiungono calore e raffinatezza. Il bagno interno è spazioso con cabina doccia e rifinito con piastrelle effetto cemento. Una grande porta scorrevole apre la camera da letto sul grande balcone privato coperto.

This transactions was great. The townhouse fit our group of 11 very comfortably and was a very clean and nice townhouse with a great location. The communications with the property owners was always easy.

My husband and I and 1 and 5 year old stayed with 2 other families. This house was fantastic. The top bedroom is great and there was a space on the landing outside for the cot. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and the ground floor has a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room with a small outdoor courtyard and a bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It was a well equipped house making it a pleasure to stay in and great for chilling out in. The location is really great, a stones throw from the shops, restaurants and cafes of Kinsale, a short drive to Kinsale beach and not far from Cork and other great places in the local area like oysterhaven water activity centre. We did the family jungle quest there which was fun! It was easy to park on the road. I would definitely book to stay there again.

Perfect house just above Kinsale center. Five minute walk down the hill. The hill is not a big climb, but if you have someone with limited mobility, this could be tricky. Be advised though, any long walks in Kinsale involves hills. The house is very spacious, comfortable, great kitchen and dining area, outside deck on the roof when it’s not raining (Remember, we are in Ireland). Huge fridge and a large washer and dryer (for European size appliances). Lots of clean towels and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed for a week and cooked in one meal a day. Wi-Fi and cable TV were very strong. Train from Dublin to Cork. Then picked up an Uber. 25 to 30 minute trip to Kinsale costing about €50 for the three of us w baggage. Trip back to Cork at the end of the week was just as easy. We had a wonderful time in Kinsale itself. Lots of long walks to Fort Charles, Kinsale Beach, up in the hills above Kinsale. Great restaurants. Most places we went to, one of us chose fish and chips so we could compare them. They were all good but highly recommend the fish and chips at Jim Edwards pub. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Five of us (all adults) stayed in this property from 25th to 29th April 2024. From the outset, Carmen, the property owner was really helpful. Prior to booking we had a couple of questions and she responded immediately. On arrival, the house was lovely and clean and fresh. It was great to see there was tea, coffee and sugar. The amenities in the house were great - washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron etc. Three of the bedrooms - all of which were big and with double beds - had hairdryers. The master bedroom and its en-suite were beautiful as were the other three bedrooms and main bathroom. The huge, light-filled dining room and kitchen were beautiful and the lounge area was plenty big enough for the five of us to relax. The whole house is tastefully decorated and furnished in a contemporary style. Having said all of that, one of THE best things about this beautiful townhouse is, its location and its proximity to the stunningly beautiful town centre. It is right in the heart of Kinsale with its amazing selection of bars, restaurants, shops and activities on offer. Kinsale and its surrounding towns and villages are stunning and this townhouse is an absolutely perfect base from which to explore it all. One final thing; one of the party left their watch behind and Carmen went above and beyond to get it back to the UK for us and, at her cost. We, honestly, could not have made a better choice for our trip.Kinsale, Arundel townhouse and the host were just awesome.

This townhouse has it all! Large and well furnished interiors, nicely equipped kitchen, and a fabulous location close enough to downtown Kinsale to walk to everything, but on a quiet side street. We would recommend it highly to anyone looking for space, comfort, and very nice ambience. Carmen is a charming host, and helped us with anything we needed as soon as we asked! Kinsale is a small town right on the water with lots of character, interesting sites, and great local pubs. Lovely destination, don't miss nearby Cobh, and stay at Carmen's townhouse! You will have a lovely time in this very pleasant part of southern Ireland, away from the big cities. 5 stars!!!

The property was extremely clean and very well furnished and beautifully kept.The kitchen was very well equipped to cater for a large group with plenty of plates, cutlery various glasses and loads of cooking utensils. The location was perfect as you couldn’t get any more central. 5 min walk if that to shops, pubs, restaurants and the bustling Kinsale. Loads of places to walk the dog too, as long as you don’t mind going up and down a few hills. The beaches nearby of Garylucas and Garrets-town were well loved by all especially the dog who was done in by the end. Cork centre is only 30 min drive away and the beautiful beaches of Rosscarbery only 45 mins away. There were loads of well priced pubs restaurants to eat and were all very accommodating. Man Friday and hamleys were our favourites. The only odd thing was the outside seating area being off the top bedroom but it was lovely and caught the sun in the evening and not an issue for us at all.

Good location and easy check-in, check out. Some things not working like dryer. Kitchen dark but dining room full of light and good for dining and studying. Would have liked top sheets on beds and more blankets, plus a couple of umbrellas. Everything else orderly, comfy, soundproof.

Reservation starting March 15, 2020 DURING COVID 19 worldwide crisis... Owner would not refund our money even though the property was not ready, or cleaned during a pandemic. She did not leave key as stated. She informed us she would refund money via phone however never followed through. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!! The owner is not honest, does not adhere to policy, even her own stated policy. She should not be apart of the travel community.

Great space for the 6 of us. Close to market and downtown restaurants. So quiet. Patios were lovely. The only complaint was water pressure in one of the two full baths. Otherwise a wonderful week.

This location can’t be beat! The parking space was especially nice to have secured. Nice house to be able to spread out our group of 5. Convenient to have washer and dryer! Great natural light and modern amenities. Wonderful!

We loved our home away from home in Kinsale. It was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. The property has a bathroom on each floor, and washer, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 spacious bedrooms. The 3rd floor bedroom could be the master bedroom since it has an ensuite, or even better for a family as it has 3 beds. The only drawback (for some) would be the hill up to the house. We didn't have a problem with it, but it might be an issue for some. Otherwise, it was perfect and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent place to stay right in kinsale with a 2 min walk to shops restaurants and pubs. Easy free parking on road if more than 1 car . Rooms were very clean and lots of nice touches to make it feel like home. The beanbag the size of a bed in the lounge was very popular. !! The kitchen was large and airy with a big dining table and so much cupboard space. Loads of equipment and at least twice as many plates dishes mugs and cutlery than the 9 people it caters for. Carmen left shampoos etc in bathrooms very handy if on hand luggage and also washing up liquid dishwasher tablets and clothes washing gel. The steakhouse was wonderful and Dinos fish and chip supper proved popular and some great little pubs. It is only about 20 minutes from cork airport and 35 from cork centre (handy for Ed Sheeran)We had a wonderful 4 days. Thank you Carmen for all the help before we arrived as well. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Only thing we missed was a full size cheese grater!!

We stayed for Thanksgiving week and the property was perfect for our needs. The owner left cookies, tea, coffee and milk which was really appreciated as we got there later in the evening. The top floor was perfect for our kids. My parents and In laws live in Cork and both spent a few days with us . We had plenty of room for everyone . The three bathrooms ( one on each floor) were fantastic . The decor was beautiful but easy to keep clean. The kitchen was great - everything required to make a Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people and the dining area accommodated everyone perfectly. The entry way hall had plenty of space for jackets , shoes etc . It was quite cold during our stay so this was essential. Each room had a heater so we could heat the rooms as we needed to - this was a cold week but it was always warm and cozy in the house . We never had a problem securing the parking space in front of the house and when our parents visited they easily found parking within easy access of the house. The house had WiFi and lots of tv channels. There is also a really nice outdoor patio off the top floor but we didn’t use it as it was cold and wet during our stay -it would be lovely during the summer. Our main reason for picking kinsale as our vacation destination was to sample the fabulous restaurants in the area - we were in walking distance to all of them ( even for a family member with some mobility issues- there is a steep hill up to the house so we chose to use a taxi for the ride home one of the evenings ) - we loved the blue haven, fishy fishy and jimmy Edwards . We also visited many locals sights which were easily accessible during our stay - highlights included Fota wildlife park , Cobh heritage center, Blarney castle and Charlesfort. Overall I would say this was one of the best properties we have stayed in both in terms of location and the house itself. Owners were also super easy to deal with - very prompt with contact and they returned our deposit within a week of returning home. We will be returning.
