“The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, in a great location and very nice. The staff was incredible and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They even provided laundry services, and help with various things. ”

“I didn't get the room what i request. They put me in an apartment which i never reserve. Additionally, in the reservation there was a breakfast but when i go there they told me there is no breakfast, i lost all my money which i paid through this app. So, i want to requaet my money bavk for the breakfast”

“Rooms like jail, window with a wall behind. TV from the 50s and not working No wifi available, bed wirhout matrix only the base, you sleep on the ribbons, fridge connection does not match with socket. I lost my money with that booking, I was only one night and had to pay other place. It was the more traumatic experience I have had.”
