The view of the lake, the mountains, and life with our animals will instantly put you in vacation mode. Here, children and adults alike can experience cows, chickens, and rabbits up close—petting them, feeding them, and marveling at them.
Our cozy vacation apartments offer you a comfortable getaway with everything you need to feel at home. The guesthouse features 3 rustic-style vacation apartments. In the new country house, you’ll find two newly built, spacious vacation apartments—featuring plenty of wood, lots of light, and a genuine feeling of home. They were built with great care and in collaboration with local artisans using natural materials—thoughtfully designed and offering plenty of space to relax. Our new vacation apartments, “Alpenblick” and “Bergblick,” in the stylish country house have been available for booking since July 2025 and are rated with the highest distinction: F*****.
A garden pavilion with a stunning view of the lake and mountains is open to all guests—ideal for barbecuing, reading, daydreaming, or enjoying a cozy summer evening.
Right on our doorstep, our private beach invites you to swim, sunbathe, or go boating. Two rowboats are available. Younger guests love splashing around in the shallow water and playing in the yard: a pedal-powered bulldog, go-karts, a swing, a slide, and a sandbox provide plenty of variety.
It’s never boring indoors either: a cozy lounge, table tennis, foosball, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a large 180 m² game room offer plenty of space for fun, games, and relaxation—no matter the weather.

This lovingly designed vacation apartment offers plenty of space for couples, families, or friends seeking comfort and a special vacation experience. There are 3 cozy bedrooms available. One bedroom (16.9 m²) has a double bed; the second bedroom (13.6 m²) has a double bed and a single bed across from it (accessible via stairs). The third bedroom (6.7 m²), located on the loft and featuring a double bed, is especially popular with children. The light-filled living area (25 m²) creates a cozy atmosphere, complemented by a modern kitchen-dining area (20.16 m²) — perfect for cooking together in the evenings.
The stylish bathroom (9.6 m²) ensures comfort, and the open loft (approx. 26 m²) with a freestanding double tub offers pure relaxation.
A large balcony with views of the greenery and Lake Waginger rounds out the living experience—ideal for a relaxed start to the day or a quiet evening with a glass of wine.
Additional highlights: A garage parking space with an electric charging station, a bicycle storage room with 220 V outlets for e-bikes, and access to the 180 m2 children’s playroom provide additional comfort and family-friendly amenities.
This apartment is ideal for guests who appreciate plenty of space, peace, and nature—whether traveling with children or as a couple. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this vacation rental.

Nearby towns such as Waging am See, Teisendorf, and Traunstein exude the Bavarian way of life and invite you to linger. We, Andreas and Sabine Albanbauer, warmly welcome you to the Stadlerhof—a lovingly run farm right on Lake Waging. Together with our family, we live and work here in harmony with nature and take great joy in farming. Our guests are welcome to take a look behind the scenes: feed the animals, help out in the barn, or simply experience farm life up close. For us, the greatest joy is when guests of all ages feel right at home with us—surrounded by nature, with genuine hospitality, and plenty of space to relax.
