“Friendly staff but a bit slapdash at breakfast, rooms comfortable but south facing rooms need a portable aircon unit when warmer outside as the room was stiflingly hot despite window open and fan on. Excellent food which we could not fault for two nights dinner.”

“A very nice little hotel with tidy clean room with lots of little touches such as coffees, teas biscuits etc.
Excellent evening meal at reasonable cost.
Good breakfast with good choice.
Friendly service and nice decor in dining room.
Good location just off the A75 road.”
