“Very clean”

“Was not aware this was a motel, not a hotel. That’s on me. I should have read the description. Breakfast is all right. Nothing spectacular but better than a continental breakfast. Found a few spiders in our room that we had to kill. My son was not a fan of that.”

“The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. There was a small plumbing issue with the toilet but they did give us a plunger seemingly fixing the issue. I would have rated 10 out of 10 if not for the lady handling breakfast she was extremely rude impatient unfriendly): I only ate breakfast one of my 3 dsys because I was appalled by her rude behavior. She made me feel unwelcome and un comfortable. I was there for a funeral and her unkind attitude really upset me.”

“Our initial room was close to the building fans and the noise was constant. When I inquired if we could change rooms, Danni was on it immediately and gave us an upgrade. We were very pleased with her quick response and the new room was very comfortable and quiet. Madd all the difference.”
