“Dated furniture and decor. Room was comfortable and clean. Very quiet, you wouldn't think you were only yards from a main road. Ample car parking. Bus stop just outside main gate with plenty of buses into city centre. Breakfast was excellent. ”

“There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again.”

“Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp ”

“I didn't have breakfast. However, whilst the room was tidy the pillows were like concrete blocks. Also the bathroom had damp and fungus because they dont have an extractor fan. The room also are in need of decoration. I paid £89 and i wouldnt say it was worth £30. Disappointed. Whilst the lady on reception was polite and courteous i wont be staying there again. I work in Leeds a few times a year so i will put this on my 'do not use' list of properties.”

“Spacious however I did not see one member of staff after I checked in aid before i checked out. My towels were not changed once over my 3 night stay ”

“Amazing welcoming at the entrance, room was spotless an had everything you need for a stay with no worries.Will suggest a bath robe but apart from that we are happy with our stay”

“This hotel is a WOW!!!! Looks beautiful, is beautiful. Fabulous Victorian architecture. Weve never stayed before, and I booked due to seeing it has been refurbished, and the reviews are so good. We booked a standard room, it was clean, fresh, quiet. Lots of complimentary extras in the room, which has far exceeded anywhere else we've stayed at. Breakfast fabulous. Would highly recommend . Fabulous!!!!”
