Very comfortable beds and had a great night sleep hence the 3 stars. The hotel needs alot of work and has so much potential once this is done. Unfortunately we had no hot water in either rooms so couldn't shower. Family room wasn't available even though that's what we booked so got given 2 separate ...

The room although on appearance good there were a number of issues albeit minor that over the duration of the stay was a let down considering the upgrade we had paid for. The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.
