Hotel sulla neve a Kiso

“The hotel is excellent especially the hotel staff. Although we were late, the shuttle bus was still searching for us in the train station. He also led the tour for star watching at night and it was amazing. The hotel is really traditional and the meal was so good. We loved the outdoor and private onsen. Environment was exceptional peaceful in the forest.”

“I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad”

“雨中登山の後の宿泊でした。濡れた装備､衣服を乾かすためにスキー乾燥室を使わせていただけました。ロビーでは浮世絵ギャラリーがあり､質の高い逸品が展示され､なかなかいい時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございました。”

“ホテルは清潔でオシャレで立地も源泉掛け流し温泉も朝夕の食事も良かったですが、何よりもスタッフが最高のホテルです。 チェックイン時に次の日の予定の話なり、雲海を見たいがどこがお勧めか？と問うとフロントスタッフ本人は知らなかったらしく奥にいるスタッフに聞いて色々教えてくれました。ビックリしたのはその後温泉に行くのにフロントを通り掛かるとさっきのスタッフが声を掛けて下さり再度雲海情報を山程教えてくれたのです。チェックインから1時間ほどてしたがその間親身になって色々私のために調べてくれたんです。これってまさにスタッフというよりコンシェルジュてすよね。 次の日の食事の時には「とうでしたか？雲海は？」とまた気にかけて下さり無事に見る事が叶った旨伝えて写真を見せると　自分の事のように喜んでくださいました。 いやあ、本当に楽しかったです。是非リピートしたいホテルです。”

“Un bell onsen, ottima la cena stile giapponese, anche la colazione è giapponese un po’ estrema ma da apprezzare”

“We stayed at this ryokan for 3 nights and we loved it there! It is family driven and has such a lovely and local feeling. Our room was big, authentic and had a really nice onsen. We received the best breakfast every morning, it was the best we ever had. We also had dinner there 1 night, and it was such an experience. Everything tasted amazing and we loved that the ingredients was local and in season. We also got help for activities. ”

“Ottimo ryokan, la nostra stanza era molto bella con un piccolo onsen privato. La cena e la colazione erano buone servite in una piccola stanza privata, la ragazza che le ha illustrate parlava un inglese più che discreto ed era molto gentile e solare. Ottimi onsen pubblici dividi tra femminili e maschili (noi abbiamo svuto la fortuna di non trovare nessuno all'interno della zona, sia nel pomeriggio che nella sera). Qualita/prezzo ottimo!”
