“Staff at check-in and through our stay were great. Good breakfast with a variety. Only concern was that the main entrance door to building 3, magnetic lock, was not working. So, it would stay open and anyone vould have gain entry.”

“The shower curtain had mold on it. The hallways smelt musty (old damp carpets). Some of the towels were stained that our room came with. Cabinets in the room are very outdated and you can see when you look at the cabinets (paint is chipping/worn away). The staff were awesome and friendly. The bathrooms and common areas in the resort are clean. The guy who sells discounted tickets in the lobby james and Jessica in the main lobby are very helpful.”
