Welcome to your newly updated 7BR/4BA waterfront vacation OASIS!

This Florida vacation home with a pool/spa offers an easy drive to Disney, Universal, shopping malls, golf courses and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this home is perfect for your family vacation, girls trip, golf trip or even a staycation.

The main floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths making it perfect to accommodate loved ones who may have challenges with stairs. The second floor offers another 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths including a GORGEOUS master suite with an expansive ensuite bathroom equipped with a large soaker jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower.

This home offers 4 different eating spaces and 4 different lounge/entertainment areas (making it perfect for large groups) including the spectacular backyard with a fenced and screened in POOL/SPA (heated option is an extra fee), lounge seating and bbq grill.

Washer and dryer are also on-site. Please note the bbq grill on-site does not come equipped with propane or coals. Baby rental equipment available upon request: examples - pack n play, stroller, car seat, etc.

**IMPORTANT**
When booking your reservation, please send us a copy of your ID for security purposes within 24 hours of booking. Reservations made without accompanying ID will be cancelled after 24 hours.

On another note, we want to make your vacation EXCEPTIONAL! Below are a number of other services we can provide for an additional fee:
- Bicycle rental (dropped off and picked up from your door!)
- Cleaning service (during your stay)
- Personal at home chef or meal delivery service
- Additional cribs, high chairs, strollers (the home comes equipped free of charge with one of each)
- Welcome set-up or surprise set up during your stay (fully customizable to welcome your guests or surprise a loved one for a special occasion!)

Nice home close to Lake Toho but not if you have a boat

The home was beautiful and set up nice for pool time. Shade in morning for coffee and sun in afternoon. We were there for a College Bass event and the neighborhood is unfriendly to boats, maybe even saying they hate boats. Natasha and neighbors had to rally to get us some place to put the boat, thanks to them. If I were staying there for disney or a normal vacation I would recommend it, you will enjoy it.

Plenty of room for a large family

We stayed for two weeks to visit all of the theme parks. The space was more than adequate for our family of 8 and there was plenty of hot water. There were two refrigerators so plenty of room for food. The dishwasher was on the fritz but the owner was quick to communicate with us and is trying to get it fixed. There was everything you need for cooking at home and lots of tableware.

Excuses Excuses!!!!

Place was clean but many things that were said to work didn’t. Wet sheets were left in machine. Only one TV so the football lovers could not watch the Giants play against the cowboys ( and we are from New York Big giant fans) . We paid for the heated pool, the pool never got hot , the control for the game that was in the garage was missing. Tried to get in touch with property manager she texted me on what to do and gave me excuses.there were other petty issues but I’m not gonna go there.

We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was always available to answer questions. The only thing is I wish I would have knew it would have taken that long for the pool and spa heated before I spent money because we didn't get to really enjoy that part before checking out.

Awesome Midweek Getaway

This property met all of our expectations! Plenty of space, gorgeous view of the lake with a pool and hot tub too. The game room was great, we used it in the evenings when it was cooler. All cookware that a family may need was provided. Will definitely book this stay again in the future!

Good value rental, I'll give it a grade B!

Good communication with owner. House is nice just needs a few upgrades! Beds were not clean ( dirty sheets) and mattresses not comfortable. Master bedroom bed fram is broke. But we cleaned the Lenin and made due. Neighborhood was very nice. This could be a grade A location with a few minor upgrades. But over all I'll give it a B because the price made up for the small stuff. Tight on a budget and want to take the family away for a few, this is a good rental property.
