BEWARE! This is a bait and switch. This is not the property they put us in. There was no river view, no porch, no grass. It was an old little condo in a gated community with the only view being other condos. They put us in a listing that wasn't even the same address and then said it was a decision they made for our comfort! Then they stopped communicating for two entire days. After informing them of how angry I was that we did not receive what we paid for and that I wanted a refund....they said they would refund us our last two days of our stay (Saturday and Sunday) and that we had to vacate the property by Friday at 11! That is not a refund. That is an eviction.I was contacted by the actual owner of the crappy little condo Wei/Viviane placed our group in and he said that Wei/Viviane had booked his condo for much cheaper than we had paid for our original booking, then put us in it without telling him. He was supposed to have a whole new group of people staying on Friday evening and we had booked our original listing through Sunday! This created so much havoc. Constantly throughout a business trip with colleagues having to leave the conference to go speak with VRBO and fight with a fake "host" about our booking was ridiculous. And I still have not been refunded any of my money.
