Disney Family Villa - spacious home 15 mins to Disney

Welcome to our luxury villa in Kissimmee, just minutes from the most magical place on earth!
We're 15 mins from Disney, Premium outlets, The Loop & plenty of restaurants, located in a gated community. Our home is a modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, complete with private pool and bbq.
Our comfortable home has a fully equipped kitchen, two dinning areas, outdoor covered patio, dedicated office space, high speed internet and all bedrooms have smart tv's.
We have plenty of space for the whole family. Our home includes a family room, formal dining area, a spacious, modern kitchen with large island & bar stool seating plus dining nook. The living room features a 50 inch smart TV and overlooks the covered patio and pool. The first of two master en-suite rooms is located on the ground floor and features a king size bed, 43 inch smart TV and large bathroom with separate shower, bath and two closets.
The second floor features a home office space, the second master en-suite, (which is the same configuration as the ground floor master), two bedrooms, one of which is set up as a twin room and the other has a bunk bed with queen bed on the bottom and single above, these bedrooms share a bathroom with shower over bath set up.

Wonderful Stay

We were extremely happy with our stay. The hosts were super responsive leading up (and during) our stay. The home was very clean and really well stocked with anything you could need. Everything about the home met (and sometimes exceeded) expectations. If we were to return to florida we would book the property again without hesitation.

Can't go wrong with this booking.

Lovely property! Gracious hosts! Communications/responses from owners was nearly immediate. Two levels offered us maximum privacy – with bedrooms on both floors. Both master bedrooms are ensuite (with private bathrooms). Stocked with amenities! Nicely decorated. Although we did not use the pool, it appeared very clean with a spacious deck. Comfortably gathering areas – family room, living room, dining area, game room and a wonderful kitchen. Pleasant gated neighborhood. Highly recommended for a group from 2 - 9 people. Can’t go wrong with this booking. We had a most enjoyable stay!

Amazing Property

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. I enjoyed the property so much I barely wanted to leave and explore Orlando. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would totally recommend anyone staying here, it's awesome and I'll be back!

Our stay

Everything was as described in listing. We felt very welcomed. We did a lot of cooking there, just wish we had certain things. I ended up going shopping for things we needed like paper towels and dishwasher pods and dish soap . There wasn’t any in the house. Nothing crazy and not a big deal. Other than that our stay was great.

Excellent home in a great location.

The house was great. Lots of space. The owners have done a great job of equipping it. Kitchen appliances, crockery, cooking utensils. Everything we needed was there plus more! Highly recommend. Hosts great and really responsive too.

This property is beautiful just like the photos. It was the perfect size for my family. The hosts even left us a welcoming gift, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely book again. It had everything from pool towels, bug spray, to laundry detergent. The pool area was my favorite! We were highly satisfied!

Fantastic stay!

Lovely property! Felt like home away from home. Owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything (and more) that we needed. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very secure. Better than any other we’ve stayed in in Kissimee. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Disney World Trip

This home is located approximately 20 minutes to Disney World and 30 minutes to Universal. It was nice to be off park property and have space for the family to spread out, we went home everyday for lunch to take a break from the heat and the crowds. We loved having a pool, loads of safety features gave us peace of mind for our youngest travelers. Easy to recommend this place, great communication from the owners and lots of little thoughtful things on arrival we appreciated (coffee, laundry detergent etc).
