Stunning 4bed/3.5 bath pool home, great location, gated community, lake views.

From the moment you walk through the front door of this home you'll know there is something special that waits for you beyond. This simply stunning four bed/three bath home with private pool and lake front is in a league of its own having been upgraded throughout to an extremely high standard. The tasteful decor that greets you extends to every room in the house.  The open plan living and dining areas are just gorgeous. Themed colors of blue hues, grays and golds adorn, set amongst the pale grey kitchen cabinetry and granite work tops with separate island. A large modular sofa with complimenting velvet chairs and 75" flat screen TV provides the perfect area for relaxing and for those needing to catch up with work, a workstation area is also available. The master bedroom with direct access on to the pool deck provides a king bedded master suite with ensuite facilities including garden tub. A second King master exuding a "frozen feel" is equally as beautifully appointed sharing a jack 'n' jill style bathroom with a Mickey themed twin bedroom beyond.  This Mickey themed room shows a high single bed with trundle below, set against a backdrop of the Magic Kingdom with bespoke Mickey touches and bean bags provided so the kids can just hang out and play. The fourth bedroom just has a wow factor, themed to Harry Potter it has high beams and chandelier with two nimbus 2000 broomsticks for wall decor, in addition to brick feature walls and a Hogwarts backdrop. The house bathroom continues this theming with additional fun Harry Potter touches. To the rear of the property views from the pool deck are towards conservation areas beyond the large lake where you can fish on a catch and release basis. The large deck provides a lanai on which sits a dining table and chairs perfect for alfresco eating and a half bath. Sunlounges and a parasol are also provided. The home also has a games room in the garage providing air hockey and foosball.  On-site laundry facilities are also available.  This is a gated community situated ten minutes to Disney park land with an abundance of shopping and dining options close by. Situated on the resort of Cumbrian Lakes there is also a community playground and walking trails for guests to enjoy. Regret smoking not permitted inside the house of any kind and no pets allowed. Pool heat is optional and chargeable at a daily rate for the full duration of any stay.

The Luxe, is very luxurious.

Had a great 2 weeks , staying at the Luxe, Cumbrian Lakes.Great setting over looking lake,and forest. Would 100% recommend this villa. Great for families. Very safe , quiet area, kids loved the swimming pool. Plenty of space in this villa.

I had not one complaint. Everything was as listed. Home was clean and ready when they said it would be. Pool was great. Everything you could possibly need is at the home. Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely rebook.

Great house but needs a new couch

Overall, the house was a great stay. For cleanliness, I would rate that low because there was hair all over the bathrooms from previous tenants. The couch is the worst couch we have ever seen. My family came over to visit and they commented on how terrible it was. We chose this house because it had a sectional and we were highly disappointed in it.

Great but cheap

The house was very pretty. Owner was available for my question. TV was not working in one bedroom. Only had one roll of toilet paper no extra. Only had two garbage bags. One paper towel. The sofa was the most uncomfortable sofa I ever sat on it moved and don’t try and lay down. Air hockey table didn’t work.

Not the best but not the worst

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of this property, when we arrived we had to clean the floors because they were disgusting. We had swept up a crazy amount of dirt and when we mopped the floors the water was black. It was filthy. The pool hadn’t been cleaned either, there was pieces of balloons and shot glasses in the pool. The pool did get cleaned very fast after messaging, there was no problem with communication whatsoever. We did enjoy our visit after we cleaned the place up but because of the mess we were met with, we will never rent this property again.

Not a Good Idea

The house itself is big and spacious and nice looking. It was too just a little too dirty, and the sheets had stains. 2 out of the 3 bathrooms had mold in the shower. The house front door doesn’t use a code, it uses a key, so if your party is big, and you are going to different places there’s only 2 keys, so it’s somewhat complicated to separate. The big couch on the picture is all wood, the cushion is gone, very uncomfortable. The worst part is the neighborhood. I had a friend come over to visit, and he parked in front of the house, and his car got hit. We had to call the police make a statement and it ended up being one of the neighbors. Two weeks later we’re still dealing with this. I asked the owner for a video of the incident since there’s cameras in front of the house, and they were not willing to cooperate. Honestly save yourself the headache. There was nothing good about staying there. I hope this helps someone.

The stay

The first day we got there, we thought we were going to take hot showers and relax. The hot water wasn’t working nor was the heater working. We called and someone came out that night to fix the heat but we still had to take cold showers :( We spent over $100 on groceries and woke up to ants in it. There is a major problem with ants because they were all over the home, even in closets where I hung the clothes. Day 2: a guy came to fix the hot water :) but only for the heater not to work that night :( the guy saw all the ants and reached out to the property manager. They sent someone to come spray hours later but we were gone. I didn’t leave the key behind with all of our expensive belongings in the home. We went brought ants spray and sprayed. Day 3: it was a warm day, No air!!! I didn’t bother to call the property manager after calling him 2 days in a till with problems. Day 4: we sucked everything up and was just ready to go home. The home is as pictured and very nice.
