Villa Odysseas is a very substantial and unique stone built holiday home situated in the lower reaches of Tala and within easy reach of all amenities. The villa is very traditional, yet with many contemporary features and benefits from 4 bedrooms all with en-suite, a cloakroom, a dining area with adjacent kitchen (which is fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher) and a large open plan lounge area with choice of seating, open fire WiFi and Satellite TV. The exterior of the villa (situated within a 4500 m² plot) is exceptional with long private driveway leading past fruit orchards to a large parking area with covered car port. The private swimming pool is 11m x 4m and is extremely private due to the grounds around it and distance between the few neighbouring houses. The private pool area is surrounded by large patios with sun loungers, a very nice decking area with outside sofa set and the main terrace for dining.

A free 7 Seater Chevrolet Orlando automatic car is included in the rental price.. WiFi included.

Inside Villa Odysseas: Villa Odysseas is a very private & substantial villa, fully air conditioned and equipped for you to have a relaxing holiday. It’s spacious, bright and airy with furniture able to accommodate 8 people in comfort.

The ground floor is a large open plan area comprising lounge with internal stone detail, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A covered outside terrace opens off the lounge to the garden and private swimming pool.

The kitchen is large and very well equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, a washing machine and dishwasher. Between the kitchen and dining area there’s a breakfast bar with leather stools and overhead lighting on a contemporary looking wooden beam.

The dining area has a glass topped table and 8 leather chairs with doors opening out to the side garden area. The airy lounge area has a corner sofa, perfect for relaxing in front of the television with Satellite and DVD player.

From the lounge, doors open out onto a covered terrace with seating for 8. Completing the ground floor is a bedroom with 2 x single beds and an en-suite shower room. Perfect for those who do not wish to climb stairs at any time. A smart open plan wooden staircase leads upstairs to a gallery area with desk and reading area as well as 3 good sized bedrooms all with en-suite showers. The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and modern design.. The second upstairs room which enjoys stunning mountain views, has twin beds and an en-suite shower room in contemporary design. The third bedroom upstairs has a double bed, an en-suite shower and access to the upstairs balcony which hosts seating and a table for 4 and affords wonderful views across the surrounding agricultural land and to the Sea. The villa also benefits from oil fired central heating making the villa suitable for a holiday at all times of year.

Villa Odysseas is an attractive stone built villa with large grounds surrounding. The 4500 m² plot includes a fruit orchard which supplies a vast range of usual and unusual fruits depending on the season. There is a small swing in the adjacent garden areas.

The enclosed and landscaped gardens include an 11 m x 4 m swimming pool with outside shower. The pool is surrounded by areas for loungers and a barbecue. The villa has six loungers and two large umbrellas to make the most of the pool area. A raised decking area looks back into the house and across the gardens and hosts a sofa set which is ideal for enjoying a coffee, breakfast or a pre-dinner aperitif.

There is an outdoor shower and also an extra store/shower-room with shower tray. This room also contains 2 extra fridges and an extra washing machine

''We enjoy Villa Odysseas very much as it is semi rural and very tranquil. The owner George could not be more helpful. Having the car to use is also a bonus. Your services as manager at the company has proven to be invaluable to us as clients as you are extremely efficient and helpful. We live a very quiet life when in Cyprus and the villa is perfect for that. All we can recommend is Venus beach where we go swimming every morning. ''The villa itself was excellent, just right in terms of space, beds, facilities, and cleanliness. The pool was very well looked after. The location was also very good for us. Having owned a villa in Tala some years ago we were very familiar with the roads etc. Villa Odysseas was 10/15 minutes drive to Paphos and even less to Coral Bay. Obviously a car is essential. Again, since we are frequent visitors to Cyprus we already have favorite restaurants etc. We would recommend Melitzia in Tala, Myrra in Paphos, Phidias in Coral Bay. Latsi beach is now our favourite - good sun beds, changing facilities, and more and more restaurant choices.

As agents you have handled our trip quickly and reliably; particularly helpful with the car insurance. Had good vibes with owner; taxi arrangements worked well.

One or two minor points were noted. We wish to emphasize how overall good the villa is ''

''We were completely satisfied with the property and the location. It is lovely and peaceful and a great size. It had everything we needed and having an outdoor laundry room was excellent. There were a couple of minor issues that George sorted for us

We have been visiting the Peyia region since 2014 so have visited quite a few restaurants, however, we visited a couple in Tala, namely Malitzia Tavern and Stamna Tavern, both of which we would highly recommend. We also got a couple of takeaways from Savvas (I think is what it was called) next to Papantoniou, again highly recommended. We also love Agora tavern in Paphos old town for a meze. Gustoso is one that we visit ever year also, huge portions and very reasonable prices.

We were completely satisfied with the service from yourself, Andreas and George. Amazing service and couldn't ask for better. It was all a very smooth and pleasurable experience. Everyone was so efficient and professional. The responses and service received from you Stephen were exemplary and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company and indeed use again ourselves.

We do intend on staying again next year and definitely in a villa. We are just waiting on the release of flights. TUI have released theirs but the times are not suitable, so are waiting on other carriers. Kind regards, Sue and Julian''

''The property as usual was perfect inside and out and the location is ideal for privacy and relaxation but only a few minutes away from quality bars, restaurants, supermarkets and many attractions.
The beach at Coral bay is 15 minutes from the villa and perfect for the whole family with nearby entertainment.
We enjoyed our usual trips to Latchi and Pissouri where there are excellent waters ports, boat trips etc. Albeit these activities can be found closer to the location but we enjoy visiting these areas.
The service from yourselves is 1st class from start to finish and cannot recommend more highly, perfect in every way.
The owner of our villa, George, is a truly lovely man and have become very attached to him over the years. Nothing is too much trouble and is always there on hand when needed.
My wife and I are re-booking the same villa next year with a view to eventually buying property in that area as it ticks all the boxes.

''Well equipped villa with all key services in good order - the pool and bedroom aircon were essential during the heatwave and the car was a terrific bonus.

Good location, quiet and private. Just a little too far from Tala and Kissonerga to walk, easier in cooler weather. We liked Coral Bay and the beach immediately north of it by the hotel. Beaches in Latsi and beyond (west) were also good.
The goat farm at Ktima Stalies was very good - lovely people and great produce to sample. Stavros Honey at Kissonerga was interesting - can see honey being extracted. The Paphos archaeological museum is excellent, beautifully redone

Restaurants were mostly very good, we particularly appreciated a nice authentic place called The Tremythas of Simou which was next door to a more famous establishment called The Rodia Tavern. The former had a terrific meze with their own wine and sausages.

''Its a great villa - rustic would describe it ! We would certainly go again ….The car is a real bonus = perfect !

We thought the location was perfect. Not overlooked and as we all like walking there are walkable restaurants, shops and just pleasant walks. Chloraka village has a number of restaurants worth a visit. Love Island cakes (breakfast and deli too…) Kambana taverna, Julies bar are all walking distance and good. The Flying Dragon opposite the supermarket is very good. Grind and bean has great coffee !

''Fantastic villa with everything you need and more, as well as a perfect pool. Plenty of shade if you want it, but lots of areas to enjoy the Cyprus sun too. Up there with one of the best villas we've ever stayed in.

Location is lovely, difficult to walk to restaurants, but used a local taxi who was really reliable. Loads of shops (supermarkets, bakery etc) within 5 minute drive. MELITZIA tavern is Tala is wonderful with breathtaking views and 7 St George in Paphos was well worth the trip. We loved Latchi Beach the more local Sea Caves area

I couldn't have asked for better agents. You were helpful and fast to respond all the way through and especially when we had to change our flights. Cant thank you enough.

''Excellent villa. Spacious, clean, quiet. The location was Perfect for us. We like detached properties with no one else around. We recommend Oniro by the sea, Melitzia Restaurant, Tala, Omrikon for brunch. Paphos old town for a wander. Kathikas village, Latchi for beach, Marios Golf. Your service was Spot on. Locally, George was great. We had a key issue. (Door self locks) but sorted in 30 mins. Water in showers cold one day. George told us to put the electric water heater on.

''The villa was clean and in generally good condition - although there had been some obvious work done (such as in the bathrooms) I should also say the shower in the main bedroom was particularly good and highly sought-after!. We particularly appreciated its spaciousness, the lovely setting, the beautiful flowers, the long clean pool and the range of comfortable seating - indoors and out. (And the additional fridges in the outside utility room!)
It was a lovely countryside location, with beautiful surroundings and grounds and a lovely view down towards the coast (or up to the mountains). We have been to Cyprus quite a lot and enjoy this part of the island. We enjoyed an evening meal at the Melitzia Tavern in Tala.

We found the villa very pleasant and very much enjoyed our stay. Incidentally, we also appreciated the taxi transfer to and from the airport - the driver was friendly, polite helpful and on-time. Kind regards, Angela ''

''The property, Villa Odysseas, was exactly as advertised on Your website.The pictures were accurate and up to date.The Villa is very well appointed and extremely comfortable. A seven seat car was included with the Villa and was a great benefit. As the Villa is slightly off the main road,the car came as a Godsend!

The location was exactly what We Were looking for...very private and quiet. I would say that a car is essential for this location as walking into the nearest area, Kissonerga, could be difficult at night as there is no street lighting for most of the distance. We did'nt make too many sightseeing trips ,so cant redcommend ,but to get to Paphos and Coral Bay was very easy. There are several small supermarkets nearby ,but on the road to Paphos,there is a large Lidl Store which sells everything You could possibly need!

lets Rent Online. This was the first time I have used Your Company. Due to the ongoing Covid situation,I had to contact You many times to ask for advice about the booking. You have always been most helpful,answering my emails promptly with the answer to my concerns.I can only thank You for your continous assistance. ''Arrived back last night after an unbelievable month. The villa was great and everything we needed with family also joining us. George the owner was very attentive to the villa whilst also keeping a low profile. He couldn’t do enough for us. And the fact the villa came with a 4 x 4 was a massive plus. For us the location was excellent midway between Paphos and Coral Bay and only a short drive to either.

The Village Inn in Kisanerga itself does great food but the Sunday lunch is better that anything I’ve had in the UK. In Paphos Fat Mammas is a must and a drive North up to Pomos is a beautiful drive along the coast.

I think I managed most of the questions but in a nutshell, this was a very special occasion for ourselves being a retirement present for me and renewal of our wedding vows and thanks to the assistance of yourselves and everybody else it has been a month we will never forget and only have very fond memories of. On a more personal note Steve, thanks for all your assistance running up to our stay, you couldn’t have been more helpful and we have spoke to George the owner and told him we will be looking up the villa in the future so hopefully you will still be handling it. ''The villa was everything we could of asked for. Great open plan space which brought the outdoors in. The pool was lovely as well as the orchard and outdoor space. We utilised the bbq and the outdoor clay oven several nights. Location was great. Not too far from airport and had supermarket and nice places to eat nearby. Just a short drive from Coral Bay and Peyia where there are some fantastic bars/restaurants and beaches.

Harris bar, Peyia does a great breakfast and Greenhills Peyia is a must for a family night out for excellent food, wines and a view to die for. I’ve twice booked through LetsRentOnline.Com and can honestly say the service provided has been faultless and have recommended it to friends and family.

The owner George was very helpful. We didn’t have any problems whilst staying in the villa although he was always there on hand if we needed any help. Nothing could improve an already top notch villa, destination for a relaxing break or the service provided by both the letting company and the owners.''
