Kistamassan Exhibition and Events Centre: Tour e Visite Guidate

Rummet var tyvärr inte särskilt rent. Det var mycket damm överallt, även på sängen och i lakanen. Väldigt, väldigt tunna väggar så man hör väldigt mycket såsom dörrar som stängs hårt. Vaknade flera gånger under natten av ljud som hördes in till rummet. Frukosten var däremot väldigt bra och hade ett bra utbud. Tyvärr var även inredningen i frukostområdet väldigt smutsig, framför allt sofforna som hade många fläckar. Ganska nära stationen med en 10 minuters promenad och fanns lite restauranger kring hotellet så det var också ett plus! Under vår fyra dagar långa vistelse städades rummet inte en enda gång. Sängen bäddades inte heller, vilket jag tycker är väldigt dåligt för ett hotell.

the room was minuscule, smaller than what they make it look like in the pictures and the space is extremely poorly planned, it would have been possible to have storage space or shelves if they wanted to instead of empty walls for questionable art or a gigantic tv that nobody would use. We literally had to hang clothes on it. there is no AC so it’s boiling hot in the summer, the fan provided is useless. the room was already dusty when we arrived, and since they don’t do cleaning for short stays after 5 nights there were literally dust balls all over, disgusting. There were also a lot of cables all over the place… the elevator smells of rotten fish, there was an apology note about it but it surely does not reduce the price. It’s nice that the bathroom seems to have some sort of noise isolation so that from the bedroom one can’t hear much, but it does not have soundproofing towards the outside so it literally felt like showering with a bunch of people. Quite entertaining. Location is very nice, the online check in and website are also very functional. a lot of room for improvement. would absolutely not recommend at the moment.
