This is long. Although the location and pool were great I was overall very dissatisfied and would not rent this house again. I'm surprised Kees allows their houses to be in such poor shape.Negatives:1) The house needs many small repairs. The sliding door to upper deck broken/falling apart), 1/2 bath faucet handle needs repair and tears on wall, under cabinet corner light in kitchen not attached/broken with exposed wires, cabinet handle broken (had to try and screw it back in myself), kitchen faucet hard to turn off and often dripped, middle deck in poor shape, had to hammer popped up nails back in ourselves so no one was injured, called Kees to remove wasps nest on same deck after wasp got in house, dryer in poor shape with rust, handle on faux bathroom cabinet coming off, French doors in master would not close due to no pin into floor, showed Kees staff, but said it wasn't a pair they could do, we didnt feel we could secure our belongings as the doors, although locked, kept opening out, only one small trashcan in one full bath for the entire 1st floorThe kitchen is very poorly equipped. There were no hotpads at all. Nothing to take items out of the oven. Silverware was very cheap and not near enough (we had to run the dishwasher every day just for the silverware). There was one super cheap cutting board. Oven pans were in very poor shape and rusted. Dishashwr has rust. Many bowls and plates had cracks and chips and again not enough to last the day.
