On days you don't feel like leaving the house, you'll love the large private pool at Duck Yeah! with a spacious patio and lounge chairs! After going for a dip, lounge out on the deck or climb up to the crow's nest for gorgeous views of the sound as you get ready to enjoy a delicious dinner cooked up on the park grill. Rest your muscles in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub after a long and exciting day at the beach. The ground-level also features 2 bedrooms perfect for the kids that share a full hall bathroom. One bedroom features a Queen Bed and 2 Bunk Beds while the second nautical-themed room features 2 Twin Beds. A laundry room with washer and dryer completes the level.

Upstairs, your family will love to gather around the living area that is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and coastal décor situated around a large Flat-Screen TV. Enjoy a meal in the adjoining dining room which has seating for 8. In the morning, step outside to the screened-in porch where you can sip your coffee and soak in the coastal breeze.
