Non è necessario guidare fino a Nags Head e ritirare le chiavi, questa proprietà è pronta per il check-in! 326-SS è una casa vacanza in affitto a Southern Shores, un vero paradiso per gli amanti della natura! Vicino all'oceano, a pochi minuti dall'accesso audio e dai pesci, eppure sei in mezzo alla fauna selvatica della zona! Siediti e rilassati nell'ampio patio arredato e goditi tutti gli uccelli che cinguettano dolcemente mentre ti godi la fresca brezza salata rinfrescante.

Questa casa in affitto si trova anche in una zona molto privata dell'isola, con un traffico stradale minimo! Ciò che rende "Rivera’s Roost" ancora più sorprendente è che avrai i privilegi della Southern Shores Civic Association disponibili durante il tuo soggiorno. Che include; Campi da tennis a soli 5 minuti in auto a nord presso il "Hillcrest Courts". "Soundview Park" ha un parco giochi, Sound Side Beach perfetto per coloro a cui non piacciono le grandi onde, le griglie del parco, le aree pic-nic e le toilette, a soli 5 minuti a nord-ovest. Il "Sea Oats Park" offre un parco giochi, un campo da calcio, un campo da basket e persino un'area all'aperto per animali domestici a soli 3 minuti di auto a nord. Avrai anche a disposizione il Southern Shores Marina situato al largo di Gingite Creek, il che è fantastico se vuoi portare la tua barca. Puoi pescare e granchio dai moli e c'è anche un'area picnic.

Bed Comfort

Very clean, cute, neighborhood was so quiet, short walk to the beach, back porch is secluded and nice to sit on and relax. Some things that could be improved: Washer and dryer would be VERY nice to have. And the queen bed in the main master bedroom...needleless to say, there was no "alone time" for mom and dad (on a week-long vacation you expect to have that). You couldn't lay a finger on that old bed without it moaning and squealing like a haunted house. Not comfortable either, slept on the couch a few nights. The children had no complaints about the four single beds in the two other rooms. The hose in the front of the house goes crazy when you turn it on to rinse your feet from the sand, leaks and will spray you in the face. Otherwise, happy with the stay.

Bad weather, great vacation

Loved the property! 10-15 minute walk to beach. Very dog friendly. I just wished the outdoor shower had warm water…other than that, we loved it!

A quiet vacation with our pups

It was the perfect location for us. A quick walk to the beach, a nice quiet neighborhood with trees and natural areas to walk the dogs, and peaceful. One of our dogs was rescued from a traumatic situation and is poorly socialized, she is afraid of everything. There was minimal car traffic and pedestrians to frighten her when we would walk her, which was great. We are working hard to try to heal her and expose her gently to the world around her and this vacation home was perfect.

Nice quiet spot

Loved this spot! Quiet street, sweet little yard, very relaxing stay- enjoyed the proximity to Duck and the Hillcrest beach access a short drive down the road. Will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Not too far from the beach and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend the property invest in at least a dryer as towels and swim suits don’t dry well in humid weather.

This place was so clean and had everything in the kitchen that was needed to cook with and then some! Just a short walk to beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

The house was great.Love that the kitchen was stocked.The bathroom was kinda small but the beach was so close Not even a 5 min walk Love it.We have teenager to a 4yr old and all didn't want to leave....We will be renting again next year for sure......

Great location. Great neighborhood....with beach parking passes!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Southern Shores, as we had free access to great parking at the local marina and beach. If you don't fancy hiking up 20 steps to your home, this is the place (only 2 steps and you're in). There was a lovely back deck, a shady place with chairs in the side yard, a wagon to roll your items to the beach, lots of interior space, a closet full of games, and a kitchen full of cooking items. Bosch dishwasher too! This place had everything you would need. Bed was comfortable (there are 4 twins and a queen bed, and a half bath in the master, and full bath in the hall...with a shower/tub combo. Didn't use the fireplace, but it was facing both living areas. Super easy checkin...no key...just a button combination that you can change to a number of your preference! Loved the whole week! Thanx

Great location! Very private comfortable house .. deer feeding in the yard daily..

Love having a parking pass.. first time staying in southern shores . Enjoyed it! Did not use dishwasher.. it’s an old type that hooks up to sink ?? Just took paper plates.. would like to have had a washer dryer .. but just took enough beach towels for the week !!!
