  • Live Oak Landing offers a private retreat for your family's perfect beach vacation. An easy 450 yard walk to the community beach access. Then, return to your own pool, hot tub, game room, and space for everyone. Memories are made here.

    Level 1:
    2 bedrooms (1 with Queen and flat screen RokuTV; 1 with Pyramid bunk and flat screen RokuTV) hall bath. Recreation room with pool table, TV/DVD player, and refrigerator.

    Level 2:
    Bedroom (with King and flat screen RokuTV, private bath with tub/shower); living room with 42” flat screen TV, Blu-ray player; wet bar; dining room table seats 8; additional 4 seats at raised counter in dining room; kitchen island seats 3; laundry; half bath; large covered deck with fans, table and deck chairs.

    Level 3:
    2 bedrooms (with Queen and flat screen RokuTV), 1 with private deck; bath (with tub/shower unit). Common sitting area with sofa, sofa bed, and desk.

Family Beach Trip

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant trip to the OBX. This property was clean, quiet and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen supplies and pool and beach gear. Would 10/ 10 recommend for a family or large group.

This home was beautiful! Tons of space and conveniently located. We loved the pool and the quick walk to the beach. The outside space was absolutely perfect! The hammock, the swing, the chairs and the outside table were perfect for morning coffee, reading, relaxing, and evening hang outs. The kids loved eating on the outside table! The pool was the perfect temperature and the perfect size. The hot tub was clean and very nice as well. All of the outside space was so lovely. The inside was cozy and clean. We all had our own space with the size of the house. The rooms were all the perfect size the bathrooms were too. We loved the outside shower for after the beach, that was so convenient and helpful. The rec room area was very fun as well, it was nice that it was completely separate from the house to eliminate noise if you hang out there at night while others are sleeping. The home's layout was just so neat and well thought out! The big pantry was helpful. All of the kitchen cabinets were labeled (as well as the light switches!) Which helped finding anything we needed easy. The kitchen had all the possible things you may need to cook any type of meal, which was very nice! The tvs were roku tvs and easy to log in to our streaming serives if needed. We stayed a whole week and can't say enough great things about this house and cannot wait to go back again! The home was a beautiful get away and it was hard to leave it!

We loved the house. Each family had its own floor for sleeping. The pool was a great hit. Our only complaint was crossing Duck Road to get to the beach — that is nobody’s fault.

Property is located across busy street from a walk to the beach. Road noise is very prevalent on the weekends. Beds were comfortable but had to make them up yourself. 4 bathrooms but only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Love getting up early on first day of vacation to go shop for toilet paper. Got 6 rolls for 6, maybe they could supply at least 4 rolls. No spices not even salt and pepper. Kitchen well appointed with pots and pans but no spices, soap and one roll of paper towels. Pool and hot tub very nice. Deer walking through the back yard was cool to see. Okay place would not likely stay again.
