LIVE OAK LANDING - 5 BR Retreat w/Pool - Just 450 Yards to Community Beach Access

Live Oak Landing offers a private retreat for your family's perfect beach vacation. An easy 450 yard walk to the community beach access. Then, return to your own pool, hot tub, game room, and space for everyone. Memories are made here.

Level 1:
2 bedrooms (1 with Queen and flat screen RokuTV; 1 with Pyramid bunk and flat screen RokuTV) hall bath. Recreation room with pool table, TV/DVD player, and refrigerator.

Level 2:
Bedroom (with King and flat screen RokuTV, private bath with tub/shower); living room with 42” flat screen TV, Blu-ray player; wet bar; dining room table seats 8; additional 4 seats at raised counter in dining room; kitchen island seats 3; laundry; half bath; large covered deck with fans, table and deck chairs.

Level 3:
2 bedrooms (with Queen and flat screen RokuTV), 1 with private deck; bath (with tub/shower unit). Common sitting area with sofa, sofa bed, and desk.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We loved the house. Each family had its own floor for sleeping. The pool was a great hit. Our only complaint was crossing Duck Road to get to the beach — that is nobody’s fault.

Family Beach Trip

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant trip to the OBX. This property was clean, quiet and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen supplies and pool and beach gear. Would 10/ 10 recommend for a family or large group.
