This adorable cozy condo is tastefully decorated and features easy access to the beach and is within close proximity to great local shopping and dining. Take some time to venture to Corolla, only a 30 minute drive north and get a chance to see wild horses, pristine beaches, and more!

At Outer Thanks you'll find an open floor plan between the living room and dining room; your spot for catching up with friends and family and taking the break you deserve. The furnished front deck is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee and taking in the sunrise. The kitchen area features everything you could ever need for your crew and even better? You can dine on the furnished back deck too! Upstairs you'll find a spacious Queen master bedroom that features a TV and your own private deck access. The second bedroom features two Twin beds and a full bathroom along with a TV. Outer Thanks is a great choice for those with a small group or just looking for a weekend getaway with partial week stays!

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
