Welcome to your Outer Banks getaway! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in the Sea Hawk community offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience plus, it s pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join in on the fun.

From the home, hop on the bike and walking path that leads straight into downtown Duck. Spend your mornings strolling to Duck Donuts, browsing unique shops, or exploring the soundside boardwalk at sunset. With restaurants, boutiques, and local charm just minutes away, you ll love leaving the car behind.

Back at the house, unwind by the private pool or relax on the top deck with ocean views and breezy salt air. Inside, the cozy and welcoming layout makes it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

Whether it s lounging by the pool, walking to town for dinner, or taking the pup on a beachside adventure, this home is all about making memories in Duck s most walkable, family-friendly setting.

Pool Heat Fee: $350
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher, pool heat does not work if the air temperature is below 60 degrees), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
