  • Aqua Vie is a tranquil beach haven. This well-furnished retreat offers all the comforts of home, enhanced by unobstructed sunrise and ocean views enjoyed from the expansive decks. Situated on a quiet dead end street with direct beach access, Aqua Vie promises the best of both worlds. Guests can relax at the beach or pool, nap among the mature shade trees in the front yard or enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and other attractions. This home features a large bedroom with private bathroom and steam shower, cathedral ceilings in great room, and well-equipped kitchen and kitchenette off the pool deck. This birdwatchers' paradise is beautifully landscaped and only a short 170 yard walk to direct beach access.

    Level 1:
    Entry foyer with elevator access; kitchenette, bar, and powder room; laundry/utility room. Pool area with enclosed outdoor shower and hot tub.

    Level 2:
    3 bedrooms with private bathrooms attached (1 large King bedroom with TV and large, tiled, steam shower, ocean views with glass doors to ocean-facing deck; 1 with King and TV with bath with Jacuzzi tub; 1 with Queen with low threshold shower). 2nd laundry room.

    Level 3:
    Great room with ocean view, TV, office/study; dining room; fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom (with Twins and TV); full bath, full deck and screened porch.
