Cottage was just as cute and quaint as the pictures. The house was clean and cozy. Our favorite spot was the front porch we enjoyed lounging on the deck couches and enjoying the beautiful weather. Once the sun went down we relaxed in the hot tub. It was perfect location for just a mom and dad get away. But we loved the location so much we are already looking at dates to bring our adult children down next year. Host was very responsive when we arrived early.

A great, laid-back weekend

This rental was a great experience! Easy check-in, very well designed and decorated space, and great beach access. A list of some positives: -A very nice welcome letter to great us when we arrived -Back yard looks as good in person as it does in photos, the string lights are a great touch -Very well equipped, with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even coffee (K-cups) -Hot tub was nice, as is the outdoor shower next to it -Easy walk to beach, and not crowded since there's no parking at that access point -Well decorated, furnished, and laid-out space Two smalls things that stopped this rental from being perfect: -There were some beer cans left around the yard (presumably from the previous guests) that weren't picked up before we got there -A fence around the yard would go a long way as the yard backs up to a busy road (though the trees help a lot with the view in that respect) and is very exposed to the neighbor's yard All in all, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great House Near the Beach

The property was perfect for what we wanted, which was a quiet family vacation with college-aged kids close to the beach. The outdoor space -decks, backyard, and fire pit areas were more extensive than we were expecting and provided an excellent place for college students to hang out when the old folks wanted to go to sleep. Additionally, there is a full bath and an outdoor shower on the lower level of the house (with the hot tub and laundry room) that provides plenty of "overflow" bathing space and relieves the demand for the 2 bathrooms on the main level. The house was well stocked with towels and beach gear- boogie boards and umbrellas, chairs, etc, for heading to the beach. It was an easy walk to an uncrowded beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
