Inside, the home is designed for comfort and togetherness, featuring four bedrooms on the mid-level to accommodate your group. A luxurious King bedroom with private bath provides a serene escape, while the second King bedroom has a private toilet and shares a connecting shower with the bunk room, and the cozy queen room has deck access. Whether you're exploring the charming town of Duck, indulging in local cuisine, or simply savoring the tranquility of your surroundings, Waz Up Beaches promises an unforgettable stay for you, your loved ones, and even your pup!

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Pros: swimming pool, walk to beach without crossing the road, allows dogs, great mattress on king bed, good space for group of 8, 2 balconies, plenty of toilets.Cons: house is right on the road and can hear traffic, if you're going to cook, you will need some pantry staples (no salt/pepper/anything), 4 rolls of toilet paper and a set of trash bags (thanks for dish and laundry soap) are provided so you need to bring or go to the store.

Lovely beach weekend

This was a great place. Dog and teen friendly with lovely sound views and a short walk to the beach. Very nice inside but not so nice you don’t feel comfortable. Would totally stay there again.
