Basta una breve passeggiata dall'altra parte della strada e sei sulla spiaggia!

Perfect Outer Banks scappa per la tua famiglia per godere di tutto ciò che la spiaggia offre. La casa si trova sulla North Virginia Dare Trail a Kitty Hawk al punto di 2 5 miglia. Sarai in grado di goderti la vista dall'ampio portico schermato con un'altalena per rilassarti o l'ampio prendisole per prendere i raggi! Bella pianta a due piani con 2 camere da letto frontali che si aprono direttamente sul portico schermato. Le due camere da letto in primo piano condividono un bagno e le 2 BR sul retro condividono l'altro bagno. La zona giorno centrale ha molti posti a sedere per consentire a tutti di stare insieme comodamente guardando la TV o giocando. Ogni camera ha la propria TV via cavo. Ha anche accesso a Internet e videogiochi WII, libri e DVD. Questa posizione offre la vicinanza a 2 moli di pesca, a breve distanza in auto da Corolla per vedere i cavalli selvaggi o l'Oregon Inlet per una battuta di pesca d'altura. Sei a pochi passi da ristoranti, un negozio di alimentari e una farmacia. Il cottage è solo per cani. Non sono ammessi altri animali. La tua memorabile vacanza in famiglia è a pochi clic di distanza.

Christine and Paul are wonderful hosts and their home is perfect for multiple family members, children and pets. The weather at the beginning of the week was not great, but we still enjoyed our family time. Our granddaughter LOVED the upper deck crow’s nest. Weather improved as the week went on and my husband caught enough fish for dinner. Life is good at the beach! Thank you for your hospitality. #blessed

Awesome Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Shifting Tides. The proximity to the beach was great and having all the beach supplies there so we didnt have to pack all that too was awesome. We also really enjoyed all the different areas of the house to hang out in , especially the tiki bar area. The hosts were very quick at getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had.

Five stars isn’t enough of a rating for this property! Paul and Christine are amazing hosts. Property was amazing clean and kept. Literally just need yourself and clothes. They have anything you could think of to use for your vacation!

Oceanview cottage

Beautiful cottage just steps from the ocean. Cottage is located across the street from beach access. This home is very clean, cozy and comfy. All beds were comfortable and provided privacy for all family members. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and the top deck provided a partial view of sunset. Theres a tiki bar with stools, lights and a dart board. The owner thought of everything a family might need for their stay: beach chairs, umbrella, etc. They provided board games and movies. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxing vacation!!! Loved it and hope to return one day.

Our family of 10 2 dogs stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house was super clean, well stocked and communication with Paul and Christine was easy and quick. We appreciated the location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back for another family vacation in the near future!

Girls trip

Always love staying at the cottage. The only problem we have is that we don't know how to use the tv even though we followed the directions that were left. We are an older group and just couldn't figure it out. Christine tried her best to help. We had a great time without it but we like to watch the news. The dogs loved it as usual.

Thanksgiving trip #2

Great trip and such a great house for us and our two fur babies! This was our second time back during Thanksgiving week and we had a relaxing trip. House is set up perfectly. The only thing is pics should be updated to show all the improvements to floors and yard etc. we hope to go back soon!

Perfect Location / Beautiful Beach

Quiet location that is both kid and pet-friendly. The house has many kitchen amenities, games, videos, beach toys, and dog supplies.  The house is only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and ice cream.  The beach access is about 1/2 a block from the driveway. The beach was beautiful.  All the supplies (chairs, carts, toys, umbrellas) you need for a beach day are available at the house.  The outdoor shower was very convenient after a day at the beach.  We loved the extra space of the screened porch and tiki area.  We had great sunrise views from the screened porch.  The views from the upper deck were also fantastic, especially the night sky. We had excellent communication with the hosts. They were accommodating, informative, and incredibly kind. We loved our stay and look forward to another.

Fantastic Dog Friendly Vacation Spot

We had a fantastic stay at this Kitty Hawk vacation rental! The house was spotless upon arrival and featured thoughtful touches like local recommendations and tips that made settling in a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, utensils, and spices, and we appreciated the various sizes of dog crates and beach gear available. The layout, with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each side of the house, provided great privacy and comfort. The spacious backyard and tiki bar were perfect for our dogs and for relaxing mornings. The owners were proactive and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. We’re already looking forward to renting again in 2025!

Awesome house and location!

This house is clean and spacious and across the street is the beach. We love the screen porch, plenty of games and under the house great place to gather with the Tiki Tiki bar, darts, cornhole boards... The yard is fenced in for your pets, which is awesome!!. The owner is very responsive and kind. Our family loves this home and will be returning for our 4th year.

Great stay, great location.

We had a great stay and the property was expected, close walk to the beach and everything is within 10 minutes. We had our dogs and the yard was great, except some prickers that got stuck on my dogs multiple times, I would recommend to have someone do a better job on the landscape to make it more dog friendly, hopefully they can get this fixed and then I would have no issues. Overall great pick and would book again if the yard is cleaned up a bit. Easy check in and very clean property.

Shifting Tides

We have stayed at this location for several years. We love the location, just a short walk to the beach. We spend most of our evenings in the screen in porch and the down stairs “tiki area”. There is a large fenced in area for your 4 legged family members.

Cute Comfy Beach Cottage

This home was a delight to stay in. The location was perfect, so close to beach and walkable ice cream and restaurant just down the street. All the things we needed were in the house, movies, books, games, beach gear, baby gear, dog gear, cooking supllies... - just remembered to bring linens and towels, paper towels, and extra TP! Its small but perfectly formed with enough seating in the living room for us all to gather and it has wonderful underhouse hang out space and porch space. Great beach cottage!

Great October visit to Kitty Hawk

This is our second year staying at Shifting Tides. The house is perfect for families and pets. Love the gate systems as well as the upper deck and screened porch ocean views. The owners are responsive and accommodating. Wonderful location and a great October vacation in OBX!
