Located in the Four Seasons community in Duck, this 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom home is sure to please. As a guest at Seas The Moment, you'll have access to the Four Seasons community pool and tennis courts. Plus, you're just a short walk or bike ride away from great local dining at restaurants like Fishbones Raw Bar, AQUA, and the world-famous Duck Donuts. At Seas The Moment, you're only a half mile away from the community beach access where you can spend your vacation days soaking up the sun and swimming in the surf!

At Seas The Moment, you'll have access to your very own private pool where you can hang out and cool off when you've had a little too much time at the beach! There's plenty of poolside seating for you and your crew to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful OBX weather. The hot tub is the perfect place to relax and soak the day away too. If you've spent too much time in the sun, head to the rec room where you can play a game of pool, watch your favorite TV show on the flat-screen TV, or even make a snack at the kitchenette complete with sink, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. When you just want to relax, head to the theatre room complete with comfy seating and a large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you'll find a large great room that's sure to be the gathering place with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wide-open floor plan. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare meals during your stay including 2 stoves and 2 microwaves. The dining room table features seating for 8 along with additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. At Seas The Moment, you can also take advantage of those cool, Outer Banks evenings and dine outside on the furnished sun deck! Seas The Moment boasts 4 King master bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 Pyramid Bunks and a gaming system! With so many thoughtful amenities and in a great location, Seas The Moment is the perfect Outer Banks vacation home!

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Comfortable Stay

Our family of 10 (ages 1 - 75) had a very comfortable week long stay at Seas The Moment. Easy walk into town, and a short drive to the beach (<2 minutes). The house was big and comfortable with virtually every bedroom having their own attached bathroom. We would stay here agian.

Great house!!!

Our group of 14 (all ages 5 to 75) had a fantastic time at this house! The kitchen was absolutely perfect - it was well stocked with dishes and the two stoves and two dishwashers made life so easy! The pool area was the perfect size with plenty of seating. The rooms on the half floors gave everyone a little bit more privacy. Having the movie room where the kids could retreat was an added bonus. The trolley service to the beach was great and so convenient as the house is close to the clubhouse. Great house - will definitely be staying again!

Lovely home & great location!

We love everything about this home and neighborhood. The home’s upper level is the perfect gathering place with its spacious kitchen, large comfortable living room, huge dining table, high ceilings, many windows with shutters, and large deck overlooking the pool. The movie room and rec room with pool table and kitchenette were added bonuses. We really enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the home’s proximity to Duck Village. It was an easy walk or bike ride to the shops, restaurants, park/playground, and walkway along the sound. Also, the path to the ocean beach was very convenient. We enjoyed collecting shells by day and searching for ghost crabs and seeing the stars at night. We’d highly recommend this home for a visit to Duck/OBX any time of year.

Annual thanksgiving crew

Enjoyed the house! It was just right for our family! The pool room was great and overall layout of the house is amazing.. double kitchen upstairs was awesome for thanksgiving dinner. Location across from clubhouse and a walk from duck shops was great for the kids.. they even enjoyed walking to the beach.. will definitely book again!

Family vacation

VRBO easy to book through. Additional charge applied. Floors were sticky when we first arrived. I went around cleaning floors and washing bed blankets. Sheets and towels were left clean, folded and on respective beds. Found extra blankets on floor in bedrooms were not sure if clean. I washed all the blankets. Grill was not working. Owner informed Monday had grill replaced by Friday. Loved area, house was fine just disaapointed with cleaning and broken grill.

Seas the Moment

The house by itself was nice. The reality company was horrible to work with. They were very hard to get ahold of and didn’t always call you back with any answers. Plus we had to call multiple times for the same issues because they weren’t being addressed.
