Cozy and comfortable this very well equipped unit has everything you will need to make your stay complete including a Hot Tub on the oceanfront porch and a Community Swimming Pool (Opens late May - Closes Mid-Sept.) that your family is sure to enjoy. Access to the beach is just steps away and your family will love the Southern Shores (Southern Shores Civic Association (SSCA) which provides you w/No Fee Access to 4 Miles of Southern Shores Beaches w/Parking, Boat Launching Area, 3 Soundside Marinas, Soundside Bathing, Beach, and Picnic Area, Sea Oats Park/Play Ground, and Walking/Biking Trails) location where you can walk to several shops, restaurants, and the Kitty Hawk Pier.

    Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Walkway to Beach.

    Mid Level: Living Area, Large Flat Panel TV, DVD, Wet Bar, Mini-Refrigerator, Harwood Floors, Endless Ocean Views, Hardwood Floors, Private Suite w/w/Queen, TV, Full Bath, Covered Deck, Hot Tub, Gas Grill, and Ocean Views.

    Top Level: 3 Bedrooms (Oceanfront Private Suite w/King, TV, Full Bath w/Jacuzzi, Private Sun Deck, Great Ocean and Beach Views; 1 w/Queen; 1 w/2 Bunk Sets), Full Hall Bath, and Laundry Area.

    Features include: C/AC-Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Phone, 4 TVs, DVDs, Wireless Internet, Deck Furniture, and Picnic Table. No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.
