The Best Duck In a Row is the perfect vacation home for your family! It's perfectly located just 1500 feet from the beach—only a few minute walk away! Situated in the heart of Duck, you’ll have easy access to local dining, shops, and other attractions, while still enjoying the peaceful seclusion of this beautiful home.

Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and outdoor shower, or head to the game room for some indoor entertainment.

Inside, the home offers plenty of space for everyone, with comfortable rooms and cozy areas for gathering with family and friends. Whether you're lounging on the deck, enjoying the spacious living areas, or relaxing in one of the bedrooms, The Best Duck In a Row is designed for both relaxation and fun.

Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs....then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!
Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 2 pm. Check-in to outdoor spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

DOGS ALLOWED! fee per dog (sorry, no cats allowed)
When booking a reservation you you give us permission to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We had such a great time, the pool, hot tub and the distance to the beach was amazing. Great to have a fenced in area for our dogs to hang out while we enjoyed the pool. Homeowners were great to chat with!! I definitely recommend a stay at this home!

Long weekend getaway

We had a nice stay at Scott's place. The decor and furnishings are new and beachy. You are right next to a busy street but from the inside you can't hear the noise. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. If we come back to Duck NC we would stay here again.
