Ottima posizione direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia! La perfetta vacanza OBX ti aspetta in questo affascinante cottage sulla spiaggia con quattro camere da letto e due bagni. Questo beach box per eccellenza può ospitare otto. La planimetria comprende quattro camere da letto: due camere da letto e un bagno si trovano su entrambi i lati del cottage, una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due gemelli. La camera familiare e la cucina sono al centro. Wi-Fi, via cavo, 3 TV a schermo piatto. Aria e calore centrali. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con frigorifero / fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè e Keurig. Sala da pranzo per otto persone. Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Doccia esterna chiusa. Altalena e tavolo da picnic all'aperto. Parcheggio per sei auto. La posizione è vicino al molo di Kitty Hawk. Rilassati sul grande ponte con fantastiche viste sull'oceano! Cammina direttamente dall'altra parte della strada per la spiaggia!

Eagles nest

Location is everything. The house is across the street from the beach. Kitty hawk is much quieter than the surrounding neighborhoods. The kitchen is fully functional. The beds were comfortable. We will be back.

Beach Vacay

This house was absolutely perfect for our beach week! It was clean and plenty of space! Perfect for kids! Just a short walk across the road to the sand was wonderful! 100% recommend and would definitely go back to stay!

Cute cottage close to the beach

Cottage was cute and clean. We went with my in laws and it was very spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach, which was very convenient with my son. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a cute beach cottage with a family

Beach Road Gem

If an old-school beach house steps away from the breakers sounds good, Eagle's Nest should make your consider list. It's not a "Million Dollar Mushroom," rather it's plain and simple, the way vacays ought to be. You've got TVs and WiFi, not that you should pay attention to either while allegedly trying to rest, a full kitchen, two full baths, four bedrooms, mid-century modern furnishings, and a short drive to restaurants and attractions. While we were there, the ancient DSL went kaput for good, and, at our suggestion, the owner opted to replace it with some blazing fast broadband and an upgrade to the cable service (yes, guilty as charged for paying attention to those things). The manager even comp'd two nights for the inconvenience when the interweb went out. Great people to work with. Overall experience was excellent, so we'll be back.

Everything was wonderful. The cleaning company didnt come before we came, I reached out to the property manager and she responded very quickly, offered for someone to come, refunded the cleankng fee and gave us a giftcard to a local restaurant. Stuff happens and she dealt with it quickly. Would definitely come back

Nice place at the beach

The property is good for 2 families. There are 2 individual areas divided by the living room and a kitchen. There is a short walk to the beach. Nice place for biking. The grocery store and Walmart are 5 minutes to drive. The refrigerator sounded like it was going. It could be an issue soon. The screen door closer needs to be fixed. But that did not affect our stay. We really enjoyed it.

Convenient beach spot

The house was perfect for our group. Super short walk to the beach, ocean views from the deck, kitchen had all the essentials. Even had some cute restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little getaway to OBX

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was accessible to everything we needed whether shopping for gifts and/or food. Groceries you have you choice of several places to stock up for the week. The access to the beach was just a short trip and we were on the beach tanning and enjoying the beach life! There is no linens provided so be sure to bring your own sheets and pillowcases as well as towels and wash cloths. Utensils were not a problem as they had all that we needed already there. Hope this helps with your decision to stay here.

problems

While we enjoyed our stay there are some things that need attention. 1. The smoke alarm in the hallway is just hanging down by wires. 2. the air filters are in bad need of attention. 3. over by the broom closet there is a soft spot in the flooring 4. the coffee pot will only work if you manually hold the top down during brewing. 5. we had a hard rainstorm while there, and water poured in through the stove filter and dripped onto the stove- a definate fire hazard. Hope these things will be corrected so the next visitors will enjoy their stay.

Great Property

For an older house, it was nice. I was impressed how clean it was when we walked in, also stocked up on some of the supplies. Good location, just across the street from the public beach access and about 3-4 houses down. I would suggest bringing a cart if you have a heavy cooler like we did. The property manager responds quickly, which is very much appreciated. I would consider staying here again! Thanks so much!

Great Location

Working with Liz Davis was amazing. She exceeded every expectation. She is responsive and easy to work with. The rental although an older cottage, did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for our group of 8. The property was as advertised. There were beach chairs available for us to use. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Deck space is generous and offered beautiful morning and evening views and breezes. Quick walk across the rod to the beach was convenient. We had a wonderful week!

wonderful week in Kitty Hawk at Eagle's Nest

What a perfect location, just a few houses away from beach access! The house is well laid out for two small families to share, as we did, and the kitchen is well appointed with appliances and cookware. We ate some meals at the picnic table and spent evenings on the porch. Washer/dryer are relatively new and work well. There was a small problem with the kitchen sink, and Liz the property manager responded immediately and the issue was fixed by a handyman promptly. We would definitely stay again!

Exceeded Expectations

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations! The location of the property is even better than described. There is a vacant lot kitty corner along the beach, which means there is an unobstructed view of the ocean from the deck. Additionally, the house itself is only 2 houses down from public beach access. The keyless entry made check in and coming and going from the house a breeze. The space downstairs was accessed by the same code, and is where the charcoal grill and laundry machines were located. That space was large enough to store beach chairs, boogey boards, bikes and beach umbrella which we easily rented from Moneysworth when we rented towels and bed linens (this year they were not providing them, I assume due to COVID). That process was seamless as well- our order was delivered free of charge and was waiting when we arrived. The kitchen had all the basics - a few fry pans, oven safe dishes and pizza pans, plus plenty of utensils and plates and glasses. The blender was small "Magic Bullet" type so if you're looking to make big batch smoothies best to bring your own. Communication with Liz was outstanding! She was incredibly responsive, even after check in late on Friday evening. Overall the stay was better than we could have expected, I only wish we'd been able to stay longer!
