Your family will have many memories from your OBX vacation at the Summer House! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac offering ocean sunrise and sunset sound views all within biking distance to the town of Duck!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include 2 single car carports and a gas grill. Entry level. Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a flat-screen TV and private bathroom and the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom and private deck access.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and sitting area with deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 with screen porch access, half bathroom and a Ship's watch with a Queen Sleep Sofa plus flat-screen TV and private deck access with ocean and sound views! Perfect for sunsets and sunrises!

Extras: 5 TVs, DVD player, high speed internet access, gas grill, books, screen porch, 2 Keurigs, parking for 5 vehicles, linens and towels provided and Osprey community pool & tennis access. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15. House Address: 119 Sunfish Court. Beds: 2 King, Queen, 2 Bunk Sets, Queen Sleep Sofa. Distance to beach access: 650'. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Amazingly nice house and location

The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is a dog friendly place that is essential for us. It was very easy to check in and out. We had a ptoblem with a coffee maker that was resilved immediately. Great service!

Nice older house in beautiful location

We loved staying here (3 adults, 2 kids) for a week. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Views of the ocean and the bay from the house. Large amount of deck space. Nice open kitchen/dinning/living room space. Covered 2-car garage. Usable grill. Lots of beach chairs (4 nice, several old). Would come back.
