The house is surrounded by mature Live Oak trees, so there's wildlife everywhere. You even have a good chance of spotting deer roaming through the yard at dawn and dusk.

The cozy kitchen has everything you need, from several types of coffee makers to a ninja blender/food processor. There's even a complete barware area with a bartender kit, cocktail shaker, ice bucket, openers & glasses for all types of drinks. Be sure to use that cargo lift to get all your heavy items upstairs with ease! The bedrooms all have brand new beds and mattresses, and smart TVs.

Outside living is fun when the pool comes stocked with floats, toys and sun loungers, so all you need are beach towels. It's visible from the deck so keeping an eye on the kids is easy. Or relax in the covered hot tub in the evenings, surrounded by trees. New drink rails are installed all around the tub and there are handrails to help you in & out. There's a mini-fridge nearby and a wine fridge inside on the first floor, so refreshments can be easily accessed. Or enjoy a game of pool with a fan overhead and a toilet right inside the door. After dark, light the propane fire pit (with a simple push of a button) to roast up some marshmallows with the kids. There's even a small fenced-in dog park so fido can hang out without running off.
